We celebrated our 30th Anniversary and husband's birthday on April 2nd onboard the cruise. The staff helped us organize a dinner of about 25 passengers we had recently met, at the top-deck restaurant. Another passenger also celebrated a b'day so we were presented with two birthday cakes. The organ player serenaded us with a special play list that got everyone dancing under the full moon. It was a very special night with new friends and the staff really went above and beyond to make it happen. When we returned to our room it was decorated with 'swan' sculpture towels, balloons, streamers, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! Great surprise!! Over the course of the cruise, I had several minor health issues and the Doctor, Cindy was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The guides on each outing were very knowledgeable about the specific areas and very helpful to those under their watch. All flights, hotel stays and transfers went smoothly with staff guiding the passengers at every step. Very well organized and we felt well cared for at every venue along the way. Read Less

This Silverseas cruise exceeded our expectations in everyway. The food was excellent, the Island stops were fantastic. The crew members were very, very happy, and friendly. Great Service in every area!!! Dinners were outstanding!!! I wish they had lobster at the Grill, but no big deal! Colin the Ships Cruise Director was excellent & funny!!! The other passengers were all very friendly, and nice. Met some great people on board. Overall, a fantastic cruise, and I would go again in a heat beat. Sopia was excellent. Our butler, Mustofa did every thing perfectly, and he was always there to help us with dinner reservations, formal night, he constantly replaced our wines, and brought us several very nice, wines, and reds to enjoy. He should get a medal! La Terrazza was excellent for dinner, and so was The Restaurant, and The Grill. The pool was never too busy, and we always could get seats for two. The boat never felt crowded, and was very clean, spotless! Read Less

Why? Brand name. Convenient timing. Confidence in performance based on priorSilversea cruise. Itinerary. Travelled at our own expense from FL to San Juan for convenience. Silversea lived up to its reputation. The ship is lovely, comfortable, and well maintained for an older ship. We had a wonderful time. The dining was excellent, providing many delicious options served efficiently and carefully by a very well trained, polite and pleasant staff in The Restaurant and Terrazza. We did feel occasionally rushed at Terrazza lunch when we had to eat close to closing time based on a late land excursion. Our experience at La Dame was disappointing. The service was fine, but our dinners were average. The land excursions were well done and managed. Some more interesting and fun of course. We knew about the hurricane damage, but were saddened to see the actual destruction of homes, buildings and landscape. However,we wanted too see the islands, especially having visited Tortola many times prior. Read Less

Anyone who has been following Silver Shadow's reviews on Cruise Critic, must have had second thoughts . The complaints escalated and the stars dropped. Having just returned from one of the finest cruising experiences I have ever enjoyed, I must protest! I will grant you that what others see as old fashioned and in need of a makeover, I see as a patina, a graceful lady who takes very good care of herself. I never once suffered a bed that wasn't anything but pure comfort. The upholstery was out of date? Good grief, is that why you took the cruise ? For the upholstery? I'd strongly recommend buying pashminas at your first port of call. I am quite sure that in addition to all the myriad services the Butler provides you, he has likely been trained as a draper who will artfully cover the offensive sofa with the same kind of panache he brings to your breakfasts in bed or the bath he'll draw you at the end of a long day ashore. The service on Silver Sea is simply heaven on earth. Every single crewmember is at your beck and call whenever you need anything. The ship is so well staffed that you never have to wait for a single thing. And the fact that every single drink, every glass of wine, every soft drink and water is at your beck and call and all included in one fare is just another reason to love Silver Shadown There's enough variety in the various restaurants that the pickiest eaters can find favorites like superb pasta in La Terrazza, and stone-grilled meats at Grill by the Pool that are excellent. Pastries and desserts are particularly good everywhere aboard ship. The dining experiences are as varied as you mood. Opt for formal breakfast service in the Dining Room or catch the morning breezes on the deck outside La Terrazza. The intimate size of the ship lacks for nothing but makes it possible to meet its truly international passenger complement is dozens of ways. The line attracts some wonderful travellers from all over the world. Aboard ship and ashore conversations start easily, common interests forge friendships. My nine day itinerary from Singapore to Vietnam to Hong Kong was an education in and of itself. Two superb experts, one on the Vietnam War the other on Photography and Sea Eploration were a highlight of the trip. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this wonderful experience. We (just the two of us) love the size of this ship and that all the cabins are a comfortable size, though we did have a larger cabin on this particular cruise. The service was impeccable as usual and food was very good (and that is saying a lot since I am a very picky eater). We always arrive a few days before our cruise since we know things can go astray (cancelled flights, delayed flights, etc) plus we enjoy resting up and exploring our departure city. We both love the all-inclusiveness of SilverSeas. There was plenty of good entertainment thru out our Cruise. Our room had so much storage space and the closet was very large for a ship. (Drawers and cabinets galore) The balcony was a nice size with a small table for eating, an adjustable lounge chair and a standard cushioned chair. The only negative was the limited movies as I do enjoy watching movies late at night. I'm glad to see this ship going into dry dock for refurbishments--It will be a great Enhancement. Read Less

Having just returned from a 12 day cruise on the Silver Spirit sailing from the Seychelles to Mumbai I have to report a faultless experience. From the moment we stepped on board, from the “nothing is too much trouble” from the team, from the most accommodating and genuinely nice butler Vipin and the best housekeeper Jacqui we were pampered and treated as real VIP’s. We were on deck 8 The Spa team are a delight ( go for the Thermal suite package ) if you can giving only 20 guests access to a lovely oasis of steam rooms, sauna, thermal beds, jacuzzi and private sun bathing area. The gym is well equipped although the individual treatments are expensive. The food was superb at every restaurant and Damian the restaurant manager runs a superb food and beverage operation. Our cruise was all inclusive, pre dinner cocktails in the bar in deck 5 became the 7.30pm norm ( try the Bermuda sidecars ) then to dinner in a choice of gastro delight restaurants. I advise to book a few ahead on the my Silverseas web portal you will get when you book - we opted for 2 nights in the Grill on deck 10 - steak on the stone style - 2 nights in Stars a tapas style 7 course taster menu with live singer - 1 night in the Sushi restaurant ( although we did do lunch in there a couple of times ), once in La Terraza on deck 7 and the remainder in the main restaurant on deck 4. Every meal was superb ( make sure you sign up for a galley tour with the head chef one day ). There’s as much or as little as you fancy on the entertainment side from bridge, indoor putting, afternoon quizzes, table tennis tournaments, yoga, Pilates etc - it’s there if you want it. A well stocked library and internet room ( you get 1 hour free Wi-fi a day ) even a connoisseur cigar and brandy bar plus a casino and shops. The daily chronicle let’s you know what’s on and where each day and the dress code for dinner - we had 2 formal nights with black tie, 4 informal nights with jackets and 6 casual nights trousers and shirt or polo shirt - no shorts after 6pm in public areas. There is a nightly show at 10 for an hour to an hour and a half and then your choice of disco with DJ Bart on deck 9 in the panorama lounge or jazz and swing in Stars on deck 7 until the early hours. Trips ashore are extra but are well organised again pre book once you get your log in details to your own mysilverseas account. Will we be back with Silverseas - you bet - we’re already looking for next year - we loved it - it was a total chill out for us - we are mid 50’s and still working so it was an absolute treat to just relax and be so well looked after - some retired guests found the days at Seas a little boring but a good book, a comfy sunbed and a team of friendly staff made our days at sea our favourite days. A brilliant time - thank you to all the team in Silverseas Silver Spirit Read Less

Enjoy all inclusive smaller ships. Spirit going in for a face lift and expansion so will be even nicer ship when completed. Cabins are larger than most... dining experience at lunch is excellent... dinner choices are less appealing. Excellent entertainment. Overall service is outstanding. The ports on this itinerary were very disappointing...but sea days were excellent. Fitness center is very small and poorly laid out... equipment faces the wall...and the TV's and audio were not working. Not really a family cruise...mostly senior adults.. romantic atmosphere. Venetian Society has a couple advantages, discounts, cocktail reception... but given the fact liquor is included for the cruise ...cocktail reception isn't really a perk. As with other cruise lines, if you book another cruise while on board, there's an additional discount... which we wanted to take advantage of but we waited until the last day and the consultant on board was busy with other guests so we missed the opportunity for a 10% discount. I wanted to make sure i was on the best possible ship for comfort food and experience. From meeting at the airport and flight to Ushiuia to the short sightseeing to the wonderful lunch in a fabulous hotel above the town to the smooth transition to Explorer.nothing was missing. muck room was small but worked Fabulous and stylish jacket and puffer given on first day. Food continued to be good though not fantastic always there was something to satisfy. as soon as the zodiac transfers started I realised how well run this ship is we had at least 5 people getting us on the zodiac and 4 at the arrival end to help get us off. always someones hand to help especially for a novice snow walker. always a smiling face even when we were late to the zodiac to get on from the muck room because we forgot one piece of layering/gloves or camera. the wait staff were exceptional addressing us by name from the first night-amazing!! our ever smiling cabin man and butler always there to help and keep the cabin spotless. lots of rough weather on way to and from sandwich islands and across Drake.but to be expected being at the end of the world. I could not fault the well run cruise and wonder if the other ships doing Antarctica are as well run. Disembarcation was smooth and transfer to airport easy cabin 410 Vista suite Read Less

Chosen for itinerary and ship size, we were not disappointed. Our cabin was ample and we enjoyed the veranda coming into and leaving ports. Staff was super nice and eager to please - always smiling. The ship itself is showing some age and needs some TLC/updating. Kudos to Allan the Cruise Director! The entertainment was cute - smaller ships do not get much variety or stars. Most enjoyable was the trio in the bar for some dancing. As for ports - skip Grenada, it's a pit! Bonaire was probably our favorite and the snorkeling was wonderful. The farewell tour of Barbados was a pleasant surprise, though the timing at the plantation needs to be worked on as all buses showed up at once! The guide on the bus was exceptional. We enjoyed meeting new people as we joined larger tables at dinner. We tried 3 of the 4 restaurants and they were all very good. We were not successful getting a reservation in the Grill. So word to the wise, book your dinner reservations early! Read Less

Very relaxing cruise on this gorgeous new (2017) ship. Just the right size with about 600 passengers. Enjoyed choosing from a variety of different restaurants for our meals. Food was the best we have ever had on Silversea. Sometimes there seemed to be a need for more wait staff as service could be quite slow. It seems unnecessary to charge guests $60 each for choosing to dine in 2 of the restaurants given that the fares for such a luxury cruise includes almost everything else. Stayed on the ship most of the time as we had visited several of the ports previously. Veranda Suites are very large for cruise cabins. Two large, inside the wall, TVs. Plenty of movies from which to choose. The Spa staff are superb so we enjoyed various services. Staff do try hard to sell you spa products after the services. Looking forward to our next cruise on the Muse. Read Less

We boarded the Silver Spirit in Dubai and sailed over to the Seychelles - lovely itinerary with some nice sea days as well. Getting onboard the ship was easy and very fast and just no Q's at all. The ship looked lovely and the staff were amazing. We ate in most restuarants my favourite been the main dining room and Hot rocks which is up on the pool deck - gorgeous when you are in port to dine up here. The suite was gorgeous lots of space and very nice furnished with a great dressing room area for your clothes and shoes so it keeps your suite tidy. The butler and room attendant looked after us very well and kept our bar and toiletries stocked up. I would bring the butler home if I could. The beauty of Silversea after the lovely ships, staff and food is the size of the ships you sail right into the ports and some destinations you actually over night in which is lovely to do. However if you don't over night they seem to spend a lot longer in port than other cruise ships and the fact you sail right into the port with out getting on the tender boats is a big plus. We did some of the ships excursions which were excellent in Cochin we went on the River Boat and in the Maldives we did the beach visit to a resort - for such a wonderful destination we really needed more time. In Mumbai we took the private car trip with guide which we enjoyed as we could determine how long we were going to stop. Guests onboard are a mix so you find you are not dominated by any nation and a real nice European feel onboard the ship. Entertainment - there is a show each evening and the performs sing extremely well - we liked sitting in the bar and listening to the piano player or the Jazz bar was just excellent. Also enjoy going up to the DJ and sitting on the terrace listening to the music after dinner. Totally recommend for people who like the nicer things in life and enjoy real quality. Not much activities for children so you don't find children onboard really. Read Less

We wanted to learn more about South America. Specific highlights that attracted us were zip lining in Costa Rica, Panama canal transit, a visit to Machu Picchu and a visit to the Falkland Islands. Our trip started in Fort Lauderdale and ended in Buenos Aires Argentina. We had sailed with SilverSea on one other voyage to Alaska. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the experience since I do not like group travel in general and cruise ships in particular. So we thought we'd try it again with them. However, this was going to be a much longer cruise (35 days) and on a larger ship (590 passengers). So the old skepticism crept in again. My overall impression was expressed in superlatives. This is an exceeding well run company. I run a small manufacturing company and I know how difficult it is to acquire, retain and manage good staff. But, without exception, I was pleased and impressed. we were both pleased with the genuine friendliness of the staff. Many new us by name and our preferences in a relatively short time. We were also impressed with the quality of training and professionalism of the staff in general. This was especially true in all of the eating venues. I have been very few restaurants in the world that exhibit this level of attentiveness, quality of preparation, presentation, without being pretentious. The occasional formal evenings were also much enjoyed as a welcome change from our increasing informal world. Even the background entertainment was a pleasure. Most evenings would find us listening to Ekaterina on the piano and Tim on the guitar. We also spent many evenings in the intimate Silver Note listening to Ester and Chantal playing our favorite jazz requests. This review is getting too long but suffice to say the selection of local shore excursions were conducted by highly interesting and knowledgeable local people. Read Less

I read every cruise critic review before we left and was a little concerned. Frankly, I think the negative reviews are wrong. Our service was outstanding every step of the way. Every crew member greeted us warmly. Our butler did a great job with every detail requested. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We only ate in the main dining room and LaTerraza....both were great. We loved the lunch buffet in LaTerraza....so many choices. We ate dinner in the room on two evenings....course by course....beautifully presented and very warm. After a long day touring, it was fun to take a break and have dinner in our bathrobes! The health club is adequate and is never crowded. We lounged by the pool one afternoon...again, very quiet and relaxing! They also made a huge fuss over my 60th birthday with room decorations and a surprise carrot cake (my favorite). This ship is very well run. Embarkation took 2 minutes. Disembarkation was just as smooth. Getting on and off in every port was seamless. SilverSea does everything they can to make your vacation incredible. I will always choose SilverSea! Read Less

One of the best cruise experiences we have ever had. The check-in in Athens was the smoothest every with a champagne toast on arrival and an escort to our room, Our Butler Darwin met at the door with a bottle of champagne to assist us in our arrival. The luggage arrived almost as soon as we did. We stayed in Suite 646 a Veranda 4 stateroom. In addition to the bedroom, living room and balcony the suite had a full closet with a chest of drawers and ample room to stand and pick out your wardrobe for the day. The bathroom had a full tube and a shower with ample room to enjoy. We dined in Stars, La Terrazza, The Grill, Le Champagne, Seishin. Each restaurant was special with exceptional service and food. Our favorite was Le Champagne where we celebrated our 25th Anniversary in style, The entertainment was very enjoyable with four song and dance shows and two special ballet shows. We particularly enjoyed the theater seating which was a lounge chair We also signed up for the thermal suite and basically had our own private hot tub and lounge area at the back of the ship to enjoy each afternoon when we returned from shore. This was well worth the additional money. On our Anniversary our Butler Darwin and our room steward Jeffery decorated our room with swans and rose petals and really made the day special. We embarked in Athens (Piraeus) and made port calls to Monemvasia, Aghios Nikolaos on Crete, Marmaris in Turkey, Kusadasi in Turkey, the island of Mykonos, and Mytilene, on the island of Lasvos. We took two of the ships tours to the Palace of Knossos on Crete and to the Ancient Cities of Caunos & Dalyan in Marmaris both were small groups and very interesting. In Monemvasia we went on our own using the local bus to the old fort and had a wonderful lunch at Matoula Restaurantat overlooking the ocean. In Kusadasi, we took a tour to Ephesus & the Terrace Houses provided by our travel agency, VIRTUOSO followed by a wonderful lunch and dance show on a terrace at the Hotel Kismet. In Mykonos, we took the bus provided by the ship to the town of Horta and wondered the alleyways. We found a fantastic restaurant, Restaurant Kostas behind the church recommended by the bus driver which was not crowded. In Mytilene, we found a small public beach not far from the tender drop off to enjoy the morning. On our return to Athens we took the cruise transfer to the airport to catch our return flight. We had a very memorable Silversea Cruise and will be back aboard a Silversea ship in the future. Read Less

We had never been to Eastern Europe so when we saw this cruise we were excited. We would have opportunity to visit and get a feel for these countries/ports without having to invest in a long stay at any one port. The ship was a perfect size, easy to traverse. Our Cabin #508 was larger than expected with a very nice balcony. My only minor issue for the whole cruise was that the refrigerator in the room did not get cold enough to chill wine properly. Our butler, as well as every member of the Silver Spirit staff were exceptionally courteous and efficient. We ate at all but Seishin and Pool Grill. The food was exceptional at all. We enjoyed Stars Supper Club the most. The presentation of 3 small plates for each course was inspired, allowing to taste many different selections. Added to that there was a terrific Jazz duo entertaining during the meal. We had dinner at Stars twice, don't miss!! This was a Ballet cruise and 2 star performers from the Bolshoi Ballet performed in the theater on two different nights, with a meet and greet in the bar afterwards. They were very good but I sensed that their performance, as good as it was, was inhibited a little bit by the size of the stage. We didn't attend any other of the evening performances as we were taking tours every day that left early in the morning and we can no longer stay up that late too often -- ha, ha! As a special activity Fernando, the cruise director, gave Greek Made Easy classes every afternoon. These came in handy since we were spending an extra 4 days in Athens. Thank you Fernando! Embarkation and disembarkation went remarkably smooth and easy. Very well organized. We were off the ship, got our baggage, through customs and in a taxi to our hotel within about 15 minutes!!!! Overall it was a very memorable experience and would highly recommend. Read Less

It is our third cruise with Silversea and we very much enjoyed the cruise, as on the previous opportunities. The cabines are spacious, with varanda. The service is the best point of the cruise: butler, room attendant, attendants at the restaurants and pool. Shows are top: the dancers from Bolshoi offered an incredible experience. The six young people (dancers , singers ) should also be congratulated for their fantastic performance. The food and wine were perfect. Excursions were well organized, but passengers sould get more detailed information on the timing and difficulties (foreseen time before first stop with the bus, more precise expected difficulties, and not only "moderate amount of walking"). Should be remembered that people may not speak English. We understand that English is the world wide language, but at least on TV, there might be Spanish,French, Italian channel and not only six (!) English and one German speaking channel. Read Less

We have thoroughly enjoyed all our prior silversea cruises. We wanted to experience the new ship, the silver muse and we also loved the itinerary. As expected the staff could not have been more helpful, supportive, courteous, and knowledgeable. They quickly knew our routines, our likes and dislikes and made every effort to insure our complete satisfaction with our cruise experience. Both the embarkation and disembarkation could not have better better organized or run more smoothly. The variety of restaurants was a highlight, although we did miss have a 'regular dinning room'. The addition of atlantide (especially atlantide and sebastian), the sushi restaurant, indochine, blue note, and the pizza and gelato restaurants were a big plus. Moving away from a shipwide dress code was a plus for us. On vacation we would really prefer business casual at all restaurants. We missed having a port expert onboard, explaining in detail the highlights of the upcoming destination. In the past we found his advice and suggestions very helpful in our shore explorations. We look forward to our our voyage... Barbados in December, and hopefully a return to the muse in the future. Read Less

We chose Silver Sea because of the cruise ports, small ship, luxury accommodations, reputation for service, recommendation of travel agent and positive comments from friends. The voyage was a very positive experience and we were skeptical that cruising was for us. We are now thinking about our next cruise. Another advantage was meeting a number of wonderful people and making new friends. The staff was wonderful and was responsive to all our requests. Tour excursions were all good with the possible exception of the group tour in Tallinn. That could have been better organized. Our private tours organized by Silver Sea in St. Petersburg were a wonderful experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was very personable. Probably the only negative was the wifi system. It was free at our suite level but one had log in every hourwhich was a pain. Additionally, the wifi only allowed one device hooked into the system which did not allow photo sharing between my iPhone and iPad. These are very small negatives on what was a wonderful experience. We would use Silver Sea again. Read Less

The meals were extraordinary, the service was incredible, and the cruise was absolutely beautiful. We would absolutely go on another Silver Seas cruise. In fact, I don't think we will ever travel on another cruiseline because are expectations are just too high to ever be surpassed by another cruiseline. Our suite was very spacious and well appointed. Our butler and maids were very friendly, prompt, and gracious. We were given the opportunity to be waited on by the same waiter and sommelier every evening at dinner, and they were both incredibly courteous, kind, and made our meals even more extraordinary. All of our meals were delicious - the chef and kitchen staff made unique and flavorful courses, and they were well proportioned. I was surprised by the freshness and the variety of the menu every night. We also enjoyed tea service many times while on our cruise, which was such an elegant way to spend our afternoon in conversation and enjoying the view. Read Less

The cabin ready for us with champagne and fruits. It was a very confortable cabin. The dining is the maximum point in the cruise. Fantastic food and wine. Everything very tasty. We can choose from Japanese food to Pizzas. Lovely cheeses and desserts. Another high point of Silver Sea is the Service. The butler always giving the maximum attention and all the staff in the restaurants were very kind. We've been on previous cruises with SilverSeas and have always had a wonderful time. The cruise line is beautiful and the staff is helpful and friendly. It always makes you feel welcome when the staff greats you by name by the second day We enjoy the delicious food and passenger/staff ratio. The suites are spacious and have excellent service. The cabins each have a great view whether you have a balcony or not. The restaurants are all amazing and the servers are efficient and accommodating. We enjoyed going to Le Champagne for a special evening and extraordinary service. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and stopping by the bar for a pre-dinner drink. We attended the evening variety of shows.. Our ports were all wonderful and we enjoyed the length of time we spent in each location. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and look forward to our next excursion on the SilverSeas Cruise Line. Read Less

We have met so many people are on travels who have come to Canada to do the Alaskan cruise, and yet we, who live in Vancouver, have not done it. So we felt shamed into finally taking an Alaskan cruise! SilverSea was definitely the best option - when we were in port, we saw these monstrous cruise ships with thousands of people on them. The Silver Shadow is a beautiful ship with only 382 passengers on board. There was ample space for all of us, peace and quiet on the ship and on tours, fabulous food, unlimited pours of champagne, and the best, most personalized service from our butler, maid and other crew members. The lectures were excellent and with great visuals, and the final musical was beautiful. The main dining room had a wide variety of food, and the waiters quickly learned our names and preferences. There are 2 sommeliers to help you with wine options. We were surprised to see people in the pool and hot tubs, but we had some lovely sunny days and the food at the pool deck is great! We took a float plane to Taku Lodge to see the glaciers and have a salmon lunch. A bear was sleeping in the tree and came down to help herself to salmon drippings, and then her cubs came down from another tree. We all took photos! Also took a steam train up White Pass. The scenery was spectacular, and it was a very special treat to be on a real steam train (built in 1947). Read Less

I selected this ship because it was new and this was the 5th cruise. It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Boarding was a pleasure, very organized, no long lines, pleasant. Greeted by a smiling crew offering you a glass of champagne. The ship is new and clean and still smells new. The stateroom is huge. The bathroom is big with a tub and shower. There is a walk in closet that's big. The deck looks beautiful. There are 2 televisions built into the mirrors with plenty of channels and lots of movies in all languages. There are 8 restaurants. They make home made pasta, fresh bread, pastry and gelato, all delicious. There is prime beef, Maine lobster and fresh fish, something for everyone. There is a superb wine collection, reasonably priced. Entertainment is not big production, Broadway type. If you're looking for that, you will be disappointed. It's not on this ship. They do have talented performers that are entertaining in many different venues. There is generally an older crowd and I think it tends to end early around 11:00pm, no midnight snacks but there is 24 hour room service. Service is really excellent in every venue. Every room has a butler and ours was excellent! I have few minor complaints. The boutique had one Silversea logo golf shirt for men. They had other shirts from another company that were very expensive yachting shirts but who needs or wants them. They have 2 jewelry stores with very expensive items, nothing even mid range. We found the sales people unfriendly and border line obnoxious. We always buy items on cruises and bought nothing on this one because of supply and attitude. Some of the other 6 star ships offer free wifi and limited free excursions. Silversea charges for wifi and all excursions. This is a mistake on a 6 star ship. Despite the minor complaints, we loved the ship, service and food and are planning another Silversea cruise. Read Less
