We have taken 3 different cruises with Regent. The past two were very memorable, as was this one until the final day on board. The first days of this cruise experience were similar to our past cruises. Staff was very friendly. The dining experience breakfast thru dinner was great. The cabin we were in was amazing. We chose the Grand Suite because of the additional space and amenities offered. It did not disappoint. Very comfortable, nice appointments other than a couch with noticeable staining on some of the cushions. Butler service was nice to have. We were able to have dinner brought in on two occasions. Shore excursions were kind of average. However, we did not utilize any of the "pay for" options. We decided to just do the included offerings. Being in a new port each day, with the exception of St. Petersburg which was two days, makes port time seem a little rushed. We would like to have more time in some cities such as Helsinki, or Bruges. All was going great, as we had come to expect from Regent. Then came final day on board. We arrived in Copenhagen at around 8 AM in the morning. This was the final stop were we were scheduled to disembark. The normally smiling, friendly staff had a noticeable change in their demeanor. No smiles, no "good morning". no "is there anything I can do to help you", no "thanks for coming". It was very clear that we were the "old cruise people" and "new people" were coming on board so pretty much "Get Off!". The bad vibes continued. We were spending one day at a hotel in Copenhagen, arranged for by Regent. The bus took us to the hotel entrance, where we were dumped off in a small lobby where 300 people going to the ship were checking out and 300 of us coming off the boat were checking in. These numbers were the hotels estimates not mine. The lobby was a mad house, The Regent representatives that were stationed at the hotel were giving out conflicting information on how to check in or, temporarily check your baggage for later room assignment. After 30 minutes, we finally were able to give our bags to someone and headed off into town, hoping our bags would be retrievable when we were finally able to check in. When we did return our bags were in three different locations in the hotel. Thankfully one of the bell attendants was nice enough to assist with tracking them down. This whole last day process turned what had been an enjoyable cruise into a complete nightmare. This was not a cheap cruise for us, all in it was plus $40K for the two of us. For that kind of money you would expect more attention to details. We came away with a bad taste. We have since decided it is time to try a different cruise line. Hello Viking! Read Less

Have sailed with Regent several times and this was one of the best. Really enjoyed that we went to very different and more undiscovered ports. In two of the new ports it was apparent they don't see many ships and we had local marching bands presenting farewell band sendoffs. Crew is very well trained and very helpful Food was very varied and excellent. . The new approach to French food is an important update. The Asian restaurant did wonderful tempura soft shell crabs. Compass Rose works perfectly. No matter how many guests arrive at the same time the team manages to handle it gracefully and quickly. We were all worried when NCL took over one of our favorite vacation companies. Things have changed but overall it appears they have worked hard to keep standards high. Guests seemed very happy and I never heard the grumbling and complaining you often here on cruise ships Read Less

We took a our first cruise on Regent in May from Lisbon to London and we were blown away. We have taken Crystal in the past on some 15 cruises, and now we find ourselves remiss for patronizing a good cruise line (Crystal) when there was such a much finer cruise line (Regent) out there. Regent beats Crystal in room quality, service, staff, food, athletic facility, spa, public areas, embarkment, and in a very big way, in excursions. Crystal does have better entertainment, but overall this is a minor item to us. Further, Regent is not as pretentious as Crystal by declaring itself the "best" cruise line, and Regent does not push purchasing photos at every conceivable instance as Crystal always does. And even the passengers on Regent appear to be more polished and polite than those we have encountered on recent Crystal ships. Perhaps Crystal is yesterday's cruise line, but Regent is today's. Special compliments to the Regent's ship management. The attendants for the rooms were almost invisible, yet their job was always complete in a timely manner. Similarly, we were treated excellently by the food mangers in the various restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Prime with the bone-in ribeye. Every excursion seemed better than the one before! My family of four was part of a bigger family group of 13. We had 6 suites on the 9th deck. Our ages ranged from 15 – 85 years old. This was the second Regent Cruise for most of us, the first being an Alaska Cruise on the Navigator. My first impressions getting on the ship… Going through the check in was very easy and relatively fast. We had traveled from London on a bus, so we only had to deal with the 40 people on our bus before going through security and then onto the ship. It was fast and easy, really, in comparisons to Disney or Royal Caribbean. We entered through the 5th deck lobby area and were greeted by staff with Champaign or orange juice. The area was simple, but very nice. You could see all the support areas for the passengers (Registration, the office area & Excursions). Since the suites were not ready yet, we boarded at 11:30, we went up to the 11th deck to enjoy lunch by the pool. The staff was very attentive and nice. We loved our Category D suite. Bathroom, closets, living area were wonderful and never did we feel cramped or on top of each other. The patios were very nice and roomy with two chairs, a table and a lounge chair. With Regent, the room attendant was there to ask what we wanted our refrigerator filled each day. She brought fresh fruit every day. All the public areas, bars, restaurants, theater, and stores were clean and nicely decorated. Our voyage... I need to mention this first….. We have a teenaged daughter, 15 years old. The “Mariner Program” for teens was WONDERFUL. We have cruised many times with our children and they have never wanted to participate in these programs. Since the Explorer is smaller, there were only 6-8 teenagers on board; our daughter said she would give it a try. These teenagers ended up having the best time on this trip. I give a big “thumbs up” to the staff and also for Regent for having somewhere for the 14-17 year old group to go while on board. It wasn’t completely structured, the staff really related with the group and they had the best time. I think our daughter has made lifelong friends on this trip. I am so happy she had such a wonderful time. I think each parent of these teenagers felt that they were in a safe and supervised area. They had tours of the bridge and kitchen that most passengers never got to see. I enjoyed spending time on our sea days taking cooking classes, reading, doing puzzles or trivia. I guess it doesn’t take much to entertain me. I love the sea days, especially when trying to adjust to a new time zone. Weather… Granted we were going around the British Isles, most knew that the North Sea can be rough, and it very rough when we made the transition to the Atlantic Ocean. But most of the passengers were sleeping or preferred to stay in their cabins. I’ve seen worse seas on a cruise to the Bahamas on Disney Cruise this past spring. Luckily no one was getting sick in public. We also had rough winds leaving Liverpool (which delayed or departure and made us miss stop in Cork, Ireland). Our unexpected sea day was a little rough at first, but it became a beautiful day. Again, I love being on board the ship, enjoying some quiet time by the pool, albeit white caps on the pool deck. The weather seemed to be rainy every day we were at port. Edinburgh was the worse. We had hired a private van to take my family to Paisley, where a founding family member was from. It is expensive to go through Regent to hire a car/van. But let me tell you, the guide and driver went out of their way to make our rainy day experience the best we could have while visiting the area. Paisley is just west of Glasgow. It rained the whole time we traveled there. Our guide was wonderful and answered questions and gave us insights to the area. Traveling back to Edinburgh, we were concerned about the rain; he suggested that we go to a museum, since all public areas are “free” in Scotland. We went to the Natural Science Museum and had a great time on our own. It worked out, actually, that my son in college had a summer course that required a to visit a Natural Science Museum during the summer. This fit the bill and he got 100% for his credit in his course. The guide and driver were wonderful. Since we wanted to travel with a guarantee with Regent not to leave us, we went through Regent for this excursion. It was costly, but for me and my family, it was worth it. Excursions (cont.)… The other “free” excursions on Regent were wonderful. My family enjoyed them all. I know some people felt that the hosts were inexperienced or had bad tours. In my opinion, all of ours were great. We did pay extra to visit the Giants Causeway while in Belfast (worth every penny) and my daughter and I did a cooking class while in Dublin to Ballyknocken, while everyone else enjoyed the Guinness Tour, and enjoyed it completely. Again, we enjoyed them all. It was unfortunate that we were delayed leaving Liverpool and missed our stop in Cork, Ireland. Yes, we all wanted to kiss the Blarney Stone, but weather isn’t one of those things we really can’t be mad about. It is what it is. During our “extra sea day”, we slept in, enjoyed the sun and did some extra shopping since we didn’t spend our on-board credits yet. I guess we are easy to please, we don’t expect to place blame on someone due to a weather issue. It is what it is. Cruise Critic… Before I forget, my husband and I attended the “Cruise Critic Meet and Greet” on this trip. We were two of the 8 couples that signed up to join the meet and mingle. Only 4 of us showed up, but we enjoyed meeting the officers at the mingle. I think Regent expected there to be more people at the mingle; they had made a nice spread of food. Thankfully, they had the staff go around to the rest of the passengers that were in the Explorer Lounge, not in the mingle, to enjoy the nice appetizers. The staff was so nice to us all. I was able to make some connections that helped throughout our voyage. From what I heard from some of the officers, they do hear and read comments about Regent on Cruise Critic. Hopefully the Corporate Staff reads them also to help make voyages enjoyable for everyone. We loved the Explorer. Felt like the ship handled all the rough seas that we encountered. We loved the ports that we visited. Wished we could had better weather.... but that wasn't anyone's fault. It is what it is. We learned to carry rain coats and umbrellas. Not a big deal. We were a big group (13). We always went to Compass Rose by 7:00 pm. They had a table of 8 and 6 for us. Ivan (CR Manager) was very nice to make sure he saved a few tables for us. Sometimes we were in the "main area" or even in the back of the restaurant. The last night, we sat in the left side of the restaurant and had the best service. We told the staff that we wished we had requested that area the entire trip! Not to say, the other staff at CR wasn't good. They were and they were very nice and sweet to my father-in-law. He suffered a broken hip a few months ago, so they were very accommodating to him with him limited mobility. Ivan also helped me arrange a special 80th birthday cake at Chartreuse one night, which was very nice. I also wanted to add that I loved the fact that the laundry facilities were so convenient. Not that I wanted to do laundry during my vacation, but I am a mom with a family of 4. We were gone for 16 days.... we needed to do laundry. 80% of the time I checked the laundry, I could put 3 loads of laundry in the wash. That saved so much time for me to have 3 washers going at one time. The laundry facilities on the Explorer are wonderful! There are three washer/dryers, a nice sitting area, a TV and a phone. No one was hogging the washers or left their laundry so you were unable to complete your wash. It was very nice. I did keep my phone timer on with the timer to my laundry so I wouldn’t hold someone from finishing their laundry. I was holding off using my onboard money, in case I needed to send out laundry, but I was able to get everyone's laundry in our family done before our last stop that I actually enjoyed our last day at port and didn't worry about the dirty clothes. Overall, we had a great time. My husband felt that the service was lacking at times in the La Veranda or Pool Grill. He’d ask for a diet coke and it would show up after his food would arrive. I did find that anything a little odd, like a diet coke at breakfast, would be slow. I would end up bringing one to breakfast from my refrigerator in my suite for breakfast. I don’t drink hot coffee in the morning, I like my caffeine cold. I think being a Mom; I’d rather find a way to fix my problem than complain about it, which I did. For anyone that would like to have a great small ship experience without the haggle of always asking you for your card to sign for a drink or anything else…. I would definitely travel with Regent! When we were back in London after our trip experiencing two extra days with our family, we were in an elevator with a family about to embark on a British Isles trip with other carrier. They were excited, but the dear husband was already complaining about how the excursions and hotels were double the cost of the trip of the cruise. My children and I just smiled and told them to enjoy their trip. We felt like we had made the best choice for us with Regent!! Read Less

Food has improved a lot since our last cruise with Regent Seven Seas on the Seven Seas Mariner in April 2013, and was the best we've had on any cruise ship this time. The foie gras, grilled lobsters, grilled scallops, grilled shrimps, grilled fish and grilled pork chop in the Main Dining Room were all excellent and they could now be ordered every evening, which was really a great improvement from the past. The two caviar and champagne breakfast, the Sunday brunch, the New York strip steak in Prime 7 and the bread in the Italian restaurant were also excellent. The Asian specialty restaurant Pacific Rim was however not good - westerners may think that's what Asian food is like but as Asians we know that the food there is not only not authentic, but also can be done much better and much more delicious in Asian restaurants in Japan, Hong Kong and Macau. Services also need some improvements. In particular, all the guests complained for waiting too long (we needed to wait for about an hour!) for the tenders at the port Dartmouth to return to the ship, whilst we were all hungry and wanted some lunches as it was already 3-4 p.m. but lunch was not included in the tour. We also needed to wait for a long time for the coach buses for the tours at the port Dartmouth to arrive (we needed to wait for about 45 minutes!). Read Less

We were on the Explorer from June 3 to June 14th and had a wonderful time. The ship is stunning and the itinerary was very good. We loved our Penthouse Cabin 948 with its' fabulous bathroom! The beds are so comfortable, the room beautifully furnished, and we really liked the big balcony with sectional sofa and a table with chairs. Besides Compass Rose, where we had some trouble getting our meal and/or a server to pay attention to us (to the point where we had to leave the restaurant and find coffee and tea at another venue) we found all the restaurants truly wonderful, both with food and service. We really liked the entertainment and the Cruise Director was fabulous with a fun personality. The Ports were great; unfortunately we had some really bad weather at one tender port, Edinburgh, and had a very rough and uncomfortable tender ride. One of our last ports in Ireland - Cork/Cobh was cancelled because we could not get a tug boat escort out of Liverpool until late in the evening not leaving enough time at Cork/Cobh to allow for time at that port- we were very disappointed when that occurred. However, we enjoyed all of our excursions, but especially the Giants Causeway and Dartmouth River Cruise/Steam Train round robin. On all of our tours, the bus drivers and tour guides were helpful and informative. I especially liked the fact that we were not "jammed" into full coaches on any of our excursions making our travels more comfortable and enjoyable. Read Less

First all inclusive cruise experience Chose the Seven Seas Explorer to find out what an all inclusive luxury cruise is all about. Have sailed 16 previous times on main stream cruise lines mostly to the Caribbean. The ship was nicely appointed and the deck plans were laid out well. Missing from this cruise were children, photographers, souvenir drink glasses, music at the pool, smoking in public or on verandas and anyone at the night club past 10 pm. That being said, many of the past Regent cruisers were very happy with those observations and are very loyal to the cruise line. We felt that a little music at the pool in the middle of the afternoon would have livened things up a bit, especially since there were 4 days at sea. On one afternoon the Absolut Duo pair were supposed to play for 45 minutes. They showed up, had instruments set up but disappeared quietly without performing. The cabin was a deluxe veranda suite. It was more than adequate for the two of us with plenty of room. The flat screen tv would have been better if it were high definition and more sports channels were included. The sound was awful and it was the only thing in the room that had music to listen to. The ship shuttered like most cruise ships will do when going 20 knots but what we did not expect was all the weird noises the room made. During the night it was like someone was tapping on the walls. Everything creaked around the bed. Dining was great in all the venues. The food was better than most cruise lines we have been on and the table settings were superb. Service was mostly good but there was the occasional mishaps such as bringing two courses at once or not bringing the requested item. Entertainment was average. The shows were typical Broadway style productions. The comedian Fred Klett was awesome and had a funny, clean show. The musicians were very good but we felt they are overworked as there were just three main acts. The band, which had to perform at the show and nightclub, the lone piano man, and the duo. They could have added someone to do live chamber music at tea, maybe a little steel drum at the pool, and just maybe an acoustical guitar singer to get in the spirit of the islands. Ports of call - Tortola, Virgin Gorda - Went to the baths in Virgin Gorda. Took a high speed boat right from the side of our tendered ship. Guide could have been better if he stayed with us and explained any options we had in navigating down to the water. The trip took most of the day and did not see Tortola. St. Johns, Antigua - Catamaran trip with champagne and lobster. Was a good trip with two stops to swim or snorkel. The crew was great and had a very nice time cruising the coastline. Bridgetown, Barbados - Safari ride across the island. This trip was rushed as we had to wait for the first excursion to return. The trip was supposed to last for four hours but we did it in three. Two an a half hours were spent in an uncomfortable seat on a crowded jeep going at high speeds across the island. The only stops (2) were brief and the only time we were off-road was for about one mile for what they called a rain forest. Would have much rather traversed the island in something more comfortable than the back of a truck with 10 passengers sitting sideways and holding on for dear life. Castries, St. Lucia - Beautiful island! Took the trip called "land and Sea to Soufriere". This was a great trip in a comfortable bus and catamaran. We had a great guide who spent the seven hours with us and took us to a lot of cool places. The island was the most beautiful by far that we have visited on this trip. Gustavia, St. Barts - Walked around town, checked out the yachts, then took a catamaran ride up the coastline. The catamaran was the most luxurious one we have taken an excursion on. The two person crew was very attentive and the couple hours spent were a lot of fun. Overall Experience - A luxury cruise is nice since there is no tipping, shore excursions included in price, and the only bill at the end of the week was for a phone call made from my cabin. Considering the cost of the cruise which is 5 times as much as a mainstream cruise line I would not do it again. The cost did not give us any more than we would have paid had it not been all inclusive. Regent should spend more money on entertainment since there are not a lot of activities onboard the Explorer. I do not want to pay the price for what some would call the most luxurious cruise ship since marble and art do not entertain. Regent also put us on an early flight which got us to Miami at 9:30 am. We had to stand outside the cruise terminal with no food or water and wait until noon to get onboard. We would have expected them to place us somewhere comfortable since they planned our early arrival. Our cabin category did not warrant a pre-night stay at the Ritz as some received (read the fine print on the brochures) or business class air. I receive a new brochure from Regent every other day in the mail which I would not consider to be the norm for marketing a cruise line. Next cruise for me will not be on a Regent ship as there is just not enough bang for the buck. Read Less

I write this review to express our deepest disappointment in what my husband & I anticipated being the experience of a lifetime with Regent. My husband and I saved for this excursion and booked this specific trip for our Honeymoon, hopeful it would deliver memories that would last forever. While we were correct that the Regent Seven Seas Explorer delivered memories, unfortunately they were the kind you would rather soon forget. On its face there is absolutely no argument that the ship itself is beautiful, both inside and out, and is overall very impressive. There is also no doubt that Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings believes that building a fancy ship, without more, somehow translates to an excellent experience. In fact, to quote its president and chief executive officer, Frank Del Rio, the "Seven Seas Explorer is not only the world’s most luxurious ship-she sets a new benchmark for luxury vacations and lays the foundation from which Regent Seven Seas Cruises will continue to build." The reality, however, is that luxury is measured by the individual guests, and if you are going to make the bold statement that Mr. Del Rio did you simply cannot miss the mark on anything offered. Unfortunately, the Explorer fell well short of the lofty expectations placed upon her. As a starter, there was nothing “special” about the cruise; no “wow” factor, no special event (not even one formal night) and the new entertainment from ‘in house’ Norwegian Holdings was second-rate compared to what we had previously experienced from Regent on our last sailing. That is, when the entertainment actually entertained and did not shut down at early hours regardless of whether guests were present and in complete disregard for their advertised times. In addition, our impressions were not unique. We spoke with many fellow passengers both during and after the cruise and apart from the usual litany of petty complaints and genuine grievances there was a common theme of which Regent had better take urgent note. The message was simple: we were treated like no one could care whether we were on the ship or not. It was almost as if Regent / Norwegian behaved as though they were paying us to be aboard. We chose "the most luxurious ship in the world" for our Honeymoon, believing it would be truly special and memorable and worth every cent of the considerable price we paid for the privilege of being there. It was neither. It was just another cruise, albeit on a brand new ship (with many ongoing and unacceptable “issues”). In fact, the ship was/is nowhere near finished and Regent put little or no thought or effort into making our trip memorable and we are very disappointed at Regent’s apparent indifference as it was made well aware of its loyal and longstanding customers' unhappiness in the mid-cruise questionnaire and discussions with the hotel manager and others. The “executive” staff presented with a level of indifference akin to a fast food restaurant. The attitude most notably present at the guest services desk was borderline obnoxious. We were made to feel insignificant with any inquiry or request. The inexperienced wait staff lacked supervision/direction. For example, on the first night aboard we waited well over 45 minutes to order a cigar and specialty whiskey in the Connoisseurs Club. A general sense of chaos and poor morale behind, and sometimes in front of, the scenes. For example, we were delayed 2 hours getting off the boat in Amalfi due to crew inexperience in setting an anchor and not being able to operate boat tenders; and the luggage conveyor belt at port in Civitavecchia was broken delaying passenger departure by 1.5 hours. The boat ran aground and was stuck on a shoal leaving Corfu. The most alarming part of this situation is that the Captain then lied to the entire boat that they were performing exercises based on the fact that the Explorer was a new boat. Interesting considering after my husband and I felt the impact then went aft to the Canyon Ranch pool (along with other passengers), watching in disbelief the amount of shoal-wash surface as the boat was motioned to and fro continuously by the Captain, with the bow thrusters, until we were dislodged. In suite TV shows / itineraries / movies/ lectures ran on a very limited loop with no updates after the first few days. The shower did not work in our suite for the first 24 hours – always a nice treat when you have been traveling and cannot shower. The safe was not operational. No laundry bags or hair dryer located in our suite. Our beds were not connected -- even though Regent was notified by our travel agent that we were celebrating our Honeymoon, no one bothered to check to see if the beds were in fact connected. My husband is 6’3” tall and 210 pounds; on our first morning waking up he had the pleasure of actually being stuck between the two beds almost on the floor. The balcony door rattled non-stop. We had to jam a towel in the groves to prevent the noise. Our cabin was located inside the entrance to the gym on deck 6. It is not accurately depicted in the online deck plan for the ship. Regent did not provide top notch entertainment. The same lovely, but underpaid, ensemble Nature’s Rhythm was everywhere. Nightlife past 10 pm did not exist. In fact, one evening the piano player finished early, without reason, and then handed us his ipad and told us to enjoy. World class entertainment indeed! The Hospital was still under construction. One afternoon, while in need of urgent care, we found that the Hospital was NOT even completed and one could not enter due to construction workers assembling the facility. I was forced to lie on the foyer floor, suffering from food poisoning whilst waiting for ships doctor. Once the medical staff did arrive, the treatment at the hospital was another adventure. The doctor refused to give an IV, citing that I was not dehydrated. Yet, when we left the facility he provided us with nearly twenty (20) packs of powdered Gatorade and instructed me to drink as much as possible because I was severely dehydrated! Further, I was then quarantined to our state room for the next 24 hours. Just not acceptable. We were was forced to miss the one port we was dearly looking forward to visiting in Croatia. Coupled with the fact that we had no internet in our room and limited television, what were we to do! The real kicker is this – my husband was the only person I had interacted with after I became ill. I, however, was he quarantined. I am baffled by Regent's rationale. I was locked in my room for fear that I might spread something to other passengers while my husband was left free to roam and leave the boat and spread whatever they presumed existed. Again, unacceptable. The Internet access was the worst we have experienced anywhere in the world. The sign-in procedure is archaic and needlessly complex. The long lines waiting for the Internet Manager were a good illustration of the problem. He was surly and claimed there should be "three of him" on board. Once in line, the connection is dropped frequently necessitating one to go through the entire procedure again. For several days of the ten day cruise there was no internet service or phone service available at all -- and we were never far from land. We incurred data roaming charges in excess of $200 and were assured we would be reimbursed by on board guest services (Which never happened). Most importantly, because the internet was basically inoperable on the ship (and certainly in our room – please check with the fact that they are putting in another router near Canyon Ranch because our suite had zero connectivity), we were forced to go ashore everyday with our laptops so that we could take care of necessary obligations. This was not how we intended to spend our time. In addition, Regent quotes in all their publications "Free Unlimited Wifi", not per person. Beware, only one device per suite was allowed to attempt to login in at any given time. This was not advertised and it is apparent that Regent grossly misrepresented the internet capabilities and options aboard this vessel. However exciting the declaration may be, when you call a ship “the most luxurious ship in the world” you set the bar impossibly high. But remember, Regent set the bar there, Regent built the expectations, not the guests. Luxury should touch every aspect of a travel experience — if everything goes right, and you have a perfect day starting with, say, freshly squeezed orange juice and a gorgeously stiff cappuccino at breakfast on the sun-dappled terrace (as we did), then you have only just delivered on your promise. However, when you serve sun baked coleslaw causing food poisoning, and then don’t have the facilities to treat the passenger, then place them in quarantine in a stateroom with no WiFi, no shower, etc., you have missed the bar by a long shot. I cannot emphasize enough how much we feel Regent took from us, and took it with smug indifference. Regent stole time, time we can never get back. Time we were locked in our state room, time away from the places we wanted to see and experience, time dealt dealing with issues caused by Regent's lack of preparation, time not spent enjoying one another as we wanted. With our families and careers, the likelihood of being able to take a trip like this may never come again. We are not in the twilight of our lives like the majority of your guests; we intended to be Regent's next generation of loyal travelers. Regrettably, that will not be the case. I would like to finish by sharing a story that we believe sums up our Regent Explorer experience. After debarking we traveled to Rome to spend the evening. While waiting for our hotel room to be ready at a tiny unmarked boutique hotel, we sat outside in their garden enjoying a cup of coffee. An elderly couple sat near us doing the same. When they finished they walked by us and asked us if we just got off the Explorer. We could not believe it, what were the chances! When we responded yes, they then inquired about our experience and we did the same. They told us that they had sailed with Regent more times than they could count and that hands down it was the worst, most disappointing trip they had ever imagined.
