The size and amenities of the cabin were good except for the location of the TV in the sleeping area and the size and height on the table in the sitting area. doing an evening meal in the cabin was not very doable since the table would not hold 2 plates. And the table just seemed to be a good toe jammer. This cabin is across from the launderette which made it very convenient to do laundry. The shower also had a bath mat which aided in preventing slipping. Read Less

We were surprised that our bed was a queen rather than the king we had had on earlier Regent cruises, but it was apparently a "European queen" and seemed larger than an American queen. It was very comfortable and the bamboo sheets were marvelous. We liked having a curtain between the bed and the sitting area so one person could stay up reading without disturbing the person who wanted to sleep. The balcony was larger than we had had on other cruise lines. Although we did not have a tub, our shower was huge and had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld shower. The only possible complaint was that the TV could only be viewed from the bed and not from the sitting area, but that was a minor problem. The movies on demand were first run and included several Oscar winners, just days after the Oscars were awarded. Read Less

Recommended by Travel Agent. It was OK, but same size as a Celebrity cabin. Larger cabins were much more costly. Most ship cabins work best for Hobbits.

The shower did not work in our suite for the first 24 hours – always a nice treat when you have been traveling and cannot shower. The safe was not operational. No laundry bags or hair dryer located in our suite. Our beds were not connected -- even though Regent was notified by our travel agent that we were celebrating our Honeymoon, no one bothered to check to see if the beds were in fact connected. My husband is 6’3” tall and 210 pounds; on our first morning waking up he had the pleasure of actually being stuck between the two beds almost on the floor. The balcony door rattled non-stop. We had to jam a towel in the groves to prevent the noise. The balcony was lovely & spacious. Our cabin was located inside the entrance to the gym on deck 6. It is not accurately depicted in the online deck plan for the ship. There was no working WiFi in our deluxe veranda suite. Read Less
