Hi. I'm sorry, but Bill and I will not be sailing with you.  If anyone is interested in continuing the spreadsheet, please let me know and I'll try to transfer it over to you.  We hope you have a wonderful and safe cruise.  We really enjoyed Peru when we toured a few years ago.  Watch out for the pisco sours! Enjoy the penguins in Chile.  Safe travels and wonderful adventures.

Yes, I had been out and was still awake, so gave a quick response. Also my head is spinning, our booked Hawaii cruise that we were taking in our 7th week of our eight week holiday has just been cancelled 7 months out. Just got informed, so I have to re-plan that week.

more than happy to wait for more people to share costs, but we are in with you. I wonder if our flights line up with landing at Santiago on the 18th. It may also be possible to share a transfer to city. We are 11.10 am. It would be lovely if we could meet up pre cruise for drinks.

your country is on our bucket list for within the next ten years, lol.

Sorry don’t follow the Ashes so you are safe from me rubbing it in, lol.

    Hi Liz and Ken

we arrive late afternoon in Santiago on the 18th coming from Buenos Aires as we are visiting Argentina prior to the cruise and meeting friends from the UK at the Crowne Plaza in Santiago

i think a cab into the city from the airport is only about US$30.

lets keep in touch as we get nearer to the cruise date.

Hi Liz and Ken, wow - that was quick and late at night too ! Sounds about right but it might be worth waiting to see if we can get a couple more people to join us and we can then get an SUV (maybe from where you enquired?) and bring down the cost further? I have google maps your hotel and the two hotels are only 2.4km apart so no big deal for pickups -what do you think?

Btw we were in your lovely city last November and then did a road trip from Sydney to Brisbane for a week after a cruise - love your country and cannot wait to return again (and do not mention the Ashes LOL !)
