The French-built Lagoon 500 vessel was previously owned by a Malay princess and joined the Burma Boating fleet in 2015. It sailed five-night cruises and private charters in Myanmar's Mergui Archipelago.

The vessel has four passenger cabins, each with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms and separate air conditioning. The owner's suite, situated in the starboard hull, has its own couch area and a larger bathroom. Cabins are accessed through the central saloon, where the open galley and navigation station are located.

Meltemi has a bright, wooden interior, which gives the boat a modern feel. Amenities include a sound and video entertainment system and bow nets that passengers can lie in while the vessel is sailing. The ship has a kayak, fishing rods and snorkelling gear. A stand-up paddleboard and diving compressor is available on request. There is no internet onboard.

The best time for sailing the Mergui Archipelago is between November and the end of April.
