Room A418 is excellently located. This is a sideways cabin, in that when you enter you are immediately in the sleeping area. You need to go around a corner in the room to access the closets and the bathroom. This gives the impression of having a mini-suite. There is more than sufficient storage for 2 people. There are two closets (open front, no door), multiple shelves and at least a half-dozen drawers. Additional storage for your luggage is provided underneath the bed. The room has the largest cabin safe I have seen, but also the smallest bathroom I have encountered on any cruise ship. (While sitting in the middle of the bathroom you can literally touch all 4 walls!) Additional amenities include a mini refrigerator, an oversize flat screen TV, a full length mirror, one desk chair, and a portable hair dryer (wired inside the drawer beneath the TV for some odd reason). There is no bathrobe or towel animals at night, but Princess gives each room a complimentary tote bag for shopping in port. The bed is extra firm. Additionally, on this ship you must insert either your keycard or similar card into a slot on the wall to activate the lights. When you remove it, the lights automatically go out in approximately 1 minute. All in all, a comfortable room for 2 people for a 7 night cruise. Read Less

Because we were only going to have two sea days I booked an interior cabin. It was B 419. Though it is a bit larger than most interiors the layout was awful. The door opens directly where the bed is. If you are relaxing on the bed and your room mate opens the door you might as well be sitting in the hallway for those passing by to see. Also, other interior cabins open with a short entranceway with the closet and bath area on one side. The walls block the bed area so you have more privacy. Because the closet area is on the hallway wall area you have noise insulation in other types of interior cabins. This was a sideways cabin layout with the bed area wall of the hallway. We could hear people in the hallway, sometimes kids running up and down the halls. If you have hearing problems this might not bother you but I was woken up often. Our room steward was the best. I have been on 15 cruises, with Holland America, Royal Caribbean and Princess. So, I have something to compare him to. Read Less

Typical interior, basic cabin. It is daylight from 4am to 11pm and so we wanted a room that would be dark. Doesn't work for everyone but worked for us.

Small but lots of room for storage. Great Room Steward, in fact, the best we have ever had on a cruise. The interior cabins on the Regal are small, but very well designed for convenience on a long cruise such as this one.

The set-up of the cabin made it feel bigger than it actually was.The main area had plenty of storage, the suitcases were able to go under the bed.The 2 end tables each had two drawers in them and the desk area had five drawers and plenty of counter space. The dressing area had 2 closets to hang clothes in, both were good sized. There was also a closet that had 5 or six small shelves and a safe in it and about four larger shelves beside it.The bathroom was a normal cruise ship bathroom. There was plenty of space for the four of us. Read Less
Very nice ship : Cabin E422
Sail Date: January 2018
Our cabin was adequate for an inside. The shower was bigger than most inside cabins and even had a little shelf to put your foot on to help shave. But I would avoid these cabins due to the noise from deck 7 where the entertainment is.
