The suite was amazing although the second bedroom is really meant for two minor children vs. two adults. The closet is also meant for hanging small clothes of children as we had to hange clothes sideways as they didn’t seem to fit the way “adult” closets would- if that makes sense. Was an amazing suite and our cabin steward was equally amazing. JonJon our Butler and Susi our Concierge deserve medals for all the extra work they put in making our trip so magical. KUDOS to you all. Read Less

Beautiful room. No balcony but I didn't miss it at all. I loved sitting and looking out all the windows. Sat in the room all the way thru the canal. Loved our Butler Rex and Concierge Suzanna. The room stewart Brussels was wonderful. Had the king bed, pull out sofa, coffee table, 2 chairs, a table with 4 chairs, large TV, bathroom with full tub and shower and double sink. We always get the room stewart to take out everything it the fridge. We didn't need anything with the beverage package. Suite guests get afternoon snack (chocolate covered strawberries, cheese plate, cake balls, veggie plate) around 3. Always something to look forward too, oh and also the towel animals at turndown. The cabin was great for a family of 4. The large room and tall windows provided nice views and great sitting areas during the day, yet could be sectioned off at night into 3 separate sleeping areas. The table fit the 4 of us perfectly and we enjoyed eating there a few times. The bathroom had double sinks which was nice, and a big shower with rain head shower. The only flaws were the low lighting in the bathroom due to energy saving lighting that does not work properly, and window tinting film that is distorted and peeling off some of the windows. That should be fixed NCL! Read Less

OMG I actually don't want to write about the cabin since it is the Best Kept Secret of Cruising. It is so big and roomy, love the wall-to-wall windows (even more than a balcony) and the price is perfect. We have been on about a dozen cruises and always had a balcony, but this was soooo much better. Not only was the room great, but the 'extras' with being in a suite was worth it. Loved the special dining room and food for breakfast and lunch, we were so spoiled when we left, we are already looking where the Star and the Dawn go (only 2 ships that have the Family Suite) and will only travel on those ships from now on. Spacious cabin. Convenient with couch that can be a bed, a murphy bed, and a king sized bed. The website says the king sized bed can be separated. NOT TRUE unless you bring a saw. Nice views from floor to ceiling windows.

Our Family Suite was great - only missed having twin beds, since I traveled with a friend and really didn't want to sleep with them - we made do with the murphy bed. Suite could hold six easily. Had everything we needed.

The floor to ceiling windows really wow you when you walk in the cabin! Never missed having a balcony. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had on a cruise! Room has more storage than we knew what to do with, although it was just the two of us. Bathroom has a wonderful tub and shower and plenty of storage as well! This was our first time to travel in a suite... AND IT WAS FANTASTIC! The room was sound-proof. We never heard any other passengers or next door noise or TV. We occasionally hear noise from above which was the jogging track, I think. But it only happened on a few days and was only for a few seconds. The benefits of a suite included priority dining, shows and tendering to the ports. We loved it. The only down-fall was that our suite did NOT have a balcony. Instead, it had a wall of windows. We enjoy sitting our on a balcony. We had a huge bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. We do NOT like taking baths in a tub so that was useless, except to wash our clothes in. The closet was ok. The wooden hangers were very noisy and hit the closet walls . That was irritating. And bathroom door had to be closed to open part of the closet doors. The afternoon snacks that were left in our room were always a pleasant surprise. Read Less
