We picked this cabin because it was mid-ship inside, and for my motion sickness problem this was highly recommended by many reviews we read. This is only our second cruise. In my worry to get an inside mid-ship cabin, I neglected to look at what was beneath our cabin. Yup one of the lounges. Great music that stopped at 12 am, the first night it felt like the people in the next cabin were having a party. Whenever I called the front desk they were so nice to get them to turn it down. The ship sent us wine and chocolate covered strawberries as an apology. Great personnel. The shower was enjoyable, accept that we had to struggle to get the sliding door closed. One of the days we had to call for the plumber to come because black soot looking substance was coming out into the toilet when we flushed. The person who cleaned the rooms was very efficient and accommodating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Read Less

Rooms were okay, limited noise heard from the outside. Clean. Had an issue with the smell of the washroom when we first got there, they rectified this issue within an hour. All in all it was okay.

Best birthday ever! : Cabin 9137
Sail Date: February 2018
Although quite small compared with the cabin on the only other cruise I have been on, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower quite adequate.

5th floor had no water for 5 hours, toilet problems, no power for a while...not the best experience at all.

Very nice, quiet, comfortable room. We prefer level 9 because we only use the stairs during the cruise.

The cabin seemed to be alright aside from the sewage smell coming out of the bathroom constantly and the leaky sink. It also appeared that someone had been frustrated with their cruise experience before us and had punched a hole in the wall that had been somewhat mended by clear masking tape. I was traveling with my fiance, and when we first arrived on the ship there were two twin beds in the room. I have encountered this before on a cruise and it's usually not an issue for them to push the beds together and give us larger sheets. We had to request for the beds to be put together THREE times before anything was done. And I believed that our cabin attendant was reprimanded because he never introduced himself or smiled at us when we came by. Another lovely way to start the day, being stared down by a person about to clean your room. (We left the Do Not Disturb sign in our door most of the cruise because this man was incredibly off-putting) Read Less
