Part of a 3 city ticket. Excellent tour. Free bottles of water, commentary and hop on and off option. Value for money. Covers all places of interest.

In the morning we walked into the souk and in the afternoon we negotiated, with a taxi driver at the port enterance, for four of us to have a two hour tour of the main attractions for $50.00 and took in the main attractions.

Courtesy bus to post gates, walk 7 kins and at soug. Quite brilliant and great fun. Taxi to and from soug - $40 - yes, for 2 min car journey each way!

After breakfast we headed for the courtesy bus by Muscat local authority to Muscat via the Port entry terminal. Arrived at Mussart souq at mid morning and had a fascinating stroll through the many avenues and alleyways of the bustling and busy Arabic souq. Bought some more small pressies; frankincense, tee shirts and then some wonderful non alcoholic cocktail juices. Walked back to the courtesy bus at the port. All very safe. Read Less

Another port you couldn't walk out of, but at least you could take the little bus to the entrance, not far and it was a really interesting and clean town to walk around. The fish market was fascinating (and not at all smelly). Some ... Read More
