The description of the tour in no way matched the actual tour. Consisted nearly entirely of walking. Spent approximately 15 minutes on the bus in a 4 hour excursion.

The hop on hop off is misleading. We like to ride totally around once to decide where to get off during the next rotation. On this bus once you get back to the starting point you must get off. If you want back on...pay again.

We just rode the little train to a couple of points outside the city and then ended up in the town square. It was cheap. No big whoop.

We were docked 10mins from the Town and loved it. Lots to do restaurants, shops, museums etc. Went to the Roman Theatre and the House of Fortune (1st century Roman villa).

A gem of a place to visit. It is so clean and welcoming - a big change from Rome. It has many shops and restaurants and has a lot of history. Dont miss the Roman amphitheatre and climb up to the castle if you can as the view is stunning.

Within a few minutes walk you're in the town, which has an attractive pedestrian area with little shops, bars, restaurants. The atmosphere was pleasing and we enjoyed our short visit.

Took the Elche's Palm Forest tour booked through NCL. Long drive but enjoyed Elche's and the Palm Forrest garden once we arrived.

We went to ARQUA (National Museum of Underwater Archeology) It was pretty cool, but mostly had some old coins and samples of ancient Phoenician writing on ivory tusks and stuff. Apparently, the Casa de la Fortuna, was a cool thing to go see with it's many murals and mosaics. We will check it out next time, if we are lucky enough to visit again. Read Less

One of the more disappointing tours. We did the included tour. It is luck of the draw on who you get for a guide, as we spoke to friends who were on other buses who had fantastic tours! Very inconsistent. Our guide had a difficult time with English and didn’t go much beyond what was necessary. A highlight though was the visit to the Roman Amphitheatre and Museum. Just wish we had more time there. We enjoyed then wandering around the city streets on our own, finding a nice shop to get some Spanish wine to bring onboard. The Jupiter docked right in town -easy walking distance. Read Less

A lot of driving - really wish they'd stopped in the mining area for photos, etc. Glad we saw it but wouldn't go back.
