This was our first and last Princess cruise. We have been on over 25 cruises on various lines and never encountered such terrible customer service before. Their team is incompetent and excels in" customer service non service". Anything we asked about was oh, that's not us you have to call .... or we'll take care of that when (in reality, if) we get to it. For example, it took us over a day to get our TV fixed and that only happened after we asked about it twice and got management involved. My husband's luggage was not delivered for over 5 hours and no one cared in the least. The reception team in the Coral Dining room was cold and always had a excuse why we could not dine there. I am glad the Island dining staff was competent or we would never have gotten a dinner table. That said, our room steward was wonderful as were the dining room waiters and bar staff at Crooners, The food was good. The ship is older and the bathrooms dated, but the plus side is the veranda cabins were bigger than we have had on newer ships. However, the staff at the service desk and elsewhere in the ship was deplorable and a constant hassle. They also double charged us for an excursion and would not correct it.

This is an older ship. Plus is that the cabin and veranda seemed larger than on the newer ships we have been on and there is plenty of storage space and hangers. Minus is that the bathroom is dated and the shower is miniscule. The floor was always wet after we used it.
