Vision of the Seas Cruise Review by DangerousCutie
- Sail Date: January 2018
- Destination: Western Caribbean
- Cabin Type: Interior
We were placed in an interior room that was incredibly small, but we weren't going to complain because, again, this was a free cruise. Overall the room was nice, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was quaint; only one of us could be in there at a time. The shower itself was unusually small and had a curtain instead of a door. Neither of us could stretch in the room without touching one another (letting you know the size).
I was quite board on the ship from the activities. However my parents, and husband, had a fantastic time. The shows were quite good. The casino was always packed and full of smoke (which isn't fun to be around), and the pools were always occupied.
Food was great. The Chef table was fantastic, and was able to accommodate me at a cheaper price since I do not drink alcohol. Overall this was a perfect, old ship for anyone's first cruise, and because my husband enjoyed it so much we've booked several other cruises.
I'd recommend at some point in time that this ship gets a renovation and expands the interior rooms, and does normal upgrades like installing freestyle soda machines, etc.
