This was my second cruise overall but my husband has cruised his entire life. This was our honeymoon cruise. We both hated this cruise! The food was horrible no matter where you ate (dining room, cafe, pizza). Coffee was horrible!!!! The ice cream machine was broken or being cleaned every five minutes it seemed like so we only got it one evening. My strapless bra was taken from our room on Monday night and was never found again. They credited our account on the boat but not enough for me to replace it once we got home. The app never worked for us since we did not buy the wifi package (we never have) because typically the app will still work if you just connect to the open wifi thats available for the app users. Since it never worked, it never reloaded all the activities for each day since so many new ones were added once we left Galveston. The only way we found the times and places of things happening around the ship was if we were in our room watching the schedule on the TV. Which is extremely annoying as we wanted to be out roaming the boat. We tried asking customer service about the app but they were no help. We tried talking to the wifi people as they had a designated area on deck 8, right down the hall from our room. There was never a single person there the entire trip! We checked multiple times throughout the week. The entertainment was pretty poor. The comedians weren't great, expect for one who was a magician too, he was pretty good. We were very disappointed with the entire trip. Our excursions were wonderful but we booked those outside of Royal Caribbean.

Cabin Review

Cabin
We stayed in an interior room on deck 8. It over looked the promenade. The cabin was overall nice and clean. Although we had an article of clothing go missing, they did credit our account to make up for it. It wasn't enough to replace the article of clothing but was still nice of them overall.
