MSC Divina Cruise Review by Onisca

- Destination: Western Mediterranean
- Cabin Type: Fantastica Balcony Stateroom
They offered shuttle buses for the city that were more expensive than travelling with taxi.
We wanted a new ship, that offers better comfort and instead we ended up in a crowded, smelly, full of leaks and unsanitary place.
The worst thing was that they gave us spoiled food for dinner and my daughter got seek. When we tried to see the ship's doctor they wanted to charge us 100 Euro. They refused to give us any medication, or even a thermometer and the farmacy on bord had nothing helpful.
The service was terrible. We waited a long time for our food at dinner, hence the ice cream was always brought melted.
The food was terrible and always the same.
All the areas of the ship are very crowded, we felt like sardines.
None of our request were answerd, although they were simple ones, for example we asked for the children's bed to be folded during the day, since we couldn't move around it in the room.
The ship has a systemic liking problem in the hallways and that also made the water pressure very low. The water in the public restrooms is only dropping. I found that very unsanitary.
The only good thing was the evening shows. The artists put a lot of work into them and we enjoyed them.
