My mom and I went on this cruise because we wanted to try out one of the big ships, and we have to say we loved it! The way the ship is broken into neighborhoods it never felt crowded. Overall fun vacation! Embarkation and debarkation: Very smooth. We're used to other cruise lines guiding you to certain locations upon getting on the ship, but it was a free for all, figure it out yourself situation. Our room steward had to track my bag down for me around 8PM which made me very nervous, but he found it. My mom paid extra to have the cruise line check the bag into the airport for her which was very convenient at the end of the cruise. Dining: I've never been so disappointed in a main dining room on a ship before. Food was awful and the menu was so repetitive. At dinner, only about 2 or 3 appetizers and entrees changed each day. You shouldn't have to pay extra to get good food on a cruise, but on this ship it seems you have to. We actually joked that we had never eaten in the buffet as much as we did on this cruise, but the food was better in the buffet then the MDR. I'm gluten free and my waiter did not hand me the menu before each night. I also could not get the roast beef sandwich made gluten free in the Park Cafe. No gluten free muffins or pastries for breakfast. However, Chops Grille was very good for lunch, though I did get an upset stomach after. And Johnny Rockets made me a gluten free burger, fries, and shake. The best service we had at any restaurant was at Johnny Rockets and it was one of my favorite meals. Entertainment and Activities: There is literally always something to do on this ship. Grease was good and Columbus the musical was hilarious. Water show and ice skating shows were good but had no idea what was going on in either. I went on the Abyss slide the first day because there was no line; definitely try it. All 3 waterslides were fun too although lines could get long. The adult area on the pool deck was nice but not a lot of shade was to be found some days. Other activities like mini gulf, trivia (we won three times), zipline and the game shows were lots of fun. Didn't try out the spa or gym. Service: Our room steward was amazing! He always took time to talk with us and ask us how our day was going. Ports: At St. Maarten we did a beach day shore excursion which included lunch. Well run and beautiful beach. In Labadee we rented a beach cabana and it was well worth the money. Great BBQ too! San Juan was a rainforest excursion with a swim in a river!

Great cabin! Your buy the suites so our room steward was amazing. Room was large, had a nice couch for sitting. Enough storage space for 2 people. Heard some noise from the pool if they were doing a loud activity like the belly flop competition but otherwise nice and quiet.
