Cruised to Bermuda over Spring Break. Disembarkation left a sour taste, but trip had lots of highs and lows. Kids loved ropes course and arcade. Not enough pool space for kids/family. Spa/Haven and adult only areas are great for adults but not as much for family. 12 year olds would not go to Splash Academy after bad experience the first night. Best dinner was hibachi. Food overall, including main dining room was good. The mid-April cruise to Bermuda is a little cool to fully enjoy waterslides and decks, especially while at sea. Worst part of trip was disembarkation where we were directed to a line that we stood in with self-assist luggage for about 3 hours. No organization or willingness of staff to direct traffic as folks came off elevator and stepped into line (unlike when we got off elevator and were directed into the line to nowhere). Attempts to get help got no results. Other cruisers said could not remember such a bad disembarkation experience. In general guest services and shore excursion staff were not that helpful on this trip. Staff for rooms and restaurants were excellent.
