Crown Princess Cruise Review by Diane Clark
- Sail Date: March 2019
- Destination: Caribbean
- Cabin Type: Interior
All the staff no matter the rank were very polite, friendly and very helpful and great at their jobs...from the wait staff in the morning, to the pool staff, our cabin stewards (Hank), etc.
But, in particular we thoroughly enjoyed our 'anytime' dining almost 'every' evening with Caroline Villanueva, Ranie Samson and Jabulani Ngwenyo at table 508 in the Da Vinci dining room!! They helped to make it an extraordinary time with our friends!
The food was very well presented each night and very good!
Other than Aruba and St. Thomas and Bahamas...we would have skipped Bonaire, Dominica and Grenada!!
The disembarkation element could/should be revised in our opinion. We were given a time of 7:45am to leave the ship and we stood for over an hour waiting for the 'walk-off' vacationers going first with allllll their luggage in tow...before we could go to the terminal for our luggage. We could have enjoyed a lovely breakfast if we had known about the others going first!!!
Over all an excellent product, service and enjoyment!

The room was well laid out, closets, washroom, etc!
We appreciated the great attention to our towel needs and tiding up promptly whenever needed! Well done Hank and staff!!
Port & Shore Excursion Reviews
Salt FlatsTaxi ride overcharged...only took us to the salt flats...even when we asked to go further south...the answer was 'no'!! Very disappointing! We should have gone north with a proper tour...not a taxi!! The shopping was good!View All 12 Salt Flats Reviews
DominicaWe did not do an excursion as we had heard there was a lot of crime...even if you're on a tour. The view of the town was lovely as were all the rainbows! We did do some shopping by the pier...which was fine.View All 699 Dominica Cruise Port Reviews

Princess CaysWe thoroughly enjoyed our day at the island seeing the coloured fish and enjoying the sand, pretty flowers and palms! The food wasn't the best and too many flies bothering us while eating...not Princess ship worthy for sure!!View All 554 Princess Cays Cruise Port Reviews

BeachWe went to Coki beach which was absolutely packed with people...with 4-5 cruise ships in port...plus any vacationers staying nearby. There wasn't really enough time in port to look around the island as well as do the beach visit!View All 235 Beach Reviews
