MSC Armonia Cruise Review by Mpsticha
- Sail Date: March 2019
- Destination: Cuba
- Cabin Type: Balcony Stateroom – Fantastica
This ship sailed out of Miami with stops in Honduras, Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico, and Havana. Havana did not disappoint. We took a classic car tour around the city. It was great to see. We had been to the other stops in the past so not quite as special, but we really had fun on the Fury Snorkeling Catamaran excursion we booked in Cozumel.
Overall, we enjoyed the cruise, the crew, the food/entertainment, and the excursions. We had a balcony room which allowed us to be in a more intimate dining room. The Dining Room manager and servers MADE the cruise for us! Very attentive and provided fantastic recommendations and personalized service. We found all the staff to be great. We never waited long for service and they were always pleasant.
For the constructive feedback, the ship is well maintained, but it's age/size is reflected in fewer options for dinner, small casino, and small gym with no dedicated space for fitness classes. The only significant disappointment was the Honduras BFK Beach Break excursion. The time was cut in half due to tender/transport issues resulting in many crabby customers.
We will look for an opportunity to cruise MSC again in the future!

Deluxe Sail, Snorkel and Beach PartyNice catamaran. Excellent snorkeling. Nice private island/beach. The crew was fantastic. Very accommodating while on the catamaran and very focused on our safety while in the water snorkeling. Fun dance party on the way back to the dock.View All 74 Deluxe Sail, Snorkel and Beach Party Reviews
City TourSo fun to see all the colorful classic cars. Touring Havana was very interesting. It was good to see some new investment, but clearly in need of infrastructure investment (roads, sidewalks, buildings, etc.). Cuban people are very nice and most we interacted with spoke English.View All 212 City Tour Reviews
MiamiWe arrived in Miami a few days early and stayed near South Beach. We went to Mango's for dinner and a show, walked past Versace's Mansion, and had dinner at Old's Little HavanaView All 2,395 Miami Cruise Port Reviews

BeachDelays in tendering and road construction reduced the amount of time we had at the beach. The beach was nice though.View All 389 Beach Reviews
