  3. Coral Princess
This was our 5th Princess Cruise. Overall we have been happy with all of our Princess Cruises so when we decided to do our bucket list Panama Canal Cruise, Princess was our first choice. We picked the Coral Princess based on our timing with being in San Diego to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and her husband and being able to take a quick flight to LA for the cruise. The Coral Princess is a nice smaller ship. We never had to wait for elevators and wherever we went onboard there was never a crowd. We’ve been on the Regal and Royal and they are huge so being on the Coral was nice to navigate on and never took long to get anywhere onboard. We did like the promenade deck and did our daily walks there as well as an evening stroll. Many newer ships do not have a full walk around promenade so we really were glad it has remained and maintained the old sailing feel. Overall the food in the main dining rooms was very good. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait for the food but hey, we have nothing but time. Loved our cabin C317. The balcony is about 10’x10’ and is amazing to stretch out on. We watched a lot of the canal from there. Entertainment and the Princess band was top notch! The Sanctuary is on the stern and a bit small but over all we enjoyed our afternoon sea days we booked. They were very accommodating in us being comfortable and if the day was too cold or too much sun we were able to cancel the day of. Staff as always was great. We’d sail the Coral again . All in all a very nice cruise!

Enjoyed the Coral Princess

Cabin Review

Balcony
Cabin BE C317
Very nice cabin. Shower a bit small but not a big deal. Overall quiet but did have inconsiderate neighbors next door for a few nights. Balcony is 10’x10’ - I’m 6’3” and finally had a balcony to stretch out on.
Had enough storage for our things.
We would book this again.
