I am so sorry you were so unhappy with your cruise with us. From our ratings your opinions stated are what I'd call outliers...far far from the 4-and 5-star reviews we typically receive post-cruise.
I do hope you communicated your dissatisfaction with our Hotel Director during your cruise? I know she would have gone out of her way to rectify your complaints.
But all this is now water under the bridge. Please accept our apologies.
