My wife and I are both Diamond Plus with Royal Caribbean and sail every 2-3 weeks from Central Florida Ports (Port Canaveral, Tampa). We earned our status and always look forward to the great service and recognition perks for our status. The Oasis does not give a hoot if you are Diamond Plus. You are treated like cattle. Royal Caribbean, Company Policy (fleet wide) is concierge lounge and priority departure for Diamond Plus Elite. The Oasis only recognizes Pinnacle and upper suite guests. The Diamond Lounge on board the Oasis is always full and virtually impossible to get into. The so-called Diamond Concierge sits behind the desk and is rude, obnoxious, and she thinks she is the queen. Don't even think of asking her a question; her answer is always "NO". The ship has many activities with long lines and long waits. Avoid The Central Park Balconies: The staterooms are cramped and have no ventilation. If you open the Balcony Door you have no privacy. The Cruise Director is fantastic. The waiters and servers are fantastic. The stateroom attendants are fantastic. The Loyalty Ambassador is an empty suit! The Diamond Concierge is a total waste. The Casino air quality is a health hazard that spreads to the upper and lower floors and adjacent venues

Nor recommended if you are Diamond and/or Diamond Plus Elite Status
