the boat was beautiful, rooms were huge compared to others I've been on. was unhappy with cutomer service though.. had 3 unexpected things go wrong that they wouldn't or couldn't fix. 1. the Jamaica excursion was falsely advertised. It said Dunns river falls and glass bottom kayak tour. when we arrived it was not glass bottom, which was the ENTIRE reason we booked that excursion. I told customer service I was unhappy and she told me that no one else had complained. (so you think I'm lying since no one else complained??) Turns out after some bickering that the vrey last sentence in the long description of the tour says 'we no longer use glass bottom boats ' To me this is still false advertising because the title still says in bold lettering 'glass bottom' as well as my receipt. if you can go back and edit the last sentence in the description you could edit the title as well so that people like myself that don't want to hold up the line reading every sentence don't get kanoodled. 2. This is between the customer service and my travel agent, but we chose to have the extra 50.00 off of the excursions. I specifically asked my t.a. if I could use my 150.00 all on 1 excursion or if it had to be 50.00 off of 3. She told me they would just give me 150.00 credit on my bill at the end, that it wouldn't matter. WRONG..has to be 3 excursions booked through the ship, so i was shorted 50.00 credit as i onlt took 2 excursions... once again customer service had their hands tied, nothing they could do, no manager higher on duty to speak with me. Wouldn't you think that with a mix up such as this that they would find some way of giving on board credit to make a new customer happy? nope.. too bad, so sad. guess once again i didn't read the fine print. 3. I applied for the Norwegian credit card for another 100.00 on board credit. I was emailed the offer 2 days before sail date and decided why not, love cruising, it's our anniversary, we'll get the card and splurge a little. once again nope, no card in hand, no charges and No onboard credit, but if i fill it out a second time right now I'll get 25.00 credit and can charge without the card in hand, then just cancel the first card when i get home. what the what??

Family Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window

the cabin was huge, and very nice. lots and lots of storage, comfy bed, nice big bathroom. sitting area with a curtain so i could stay up later to read at night was excellent, as well as a mini fridge.
Great location as well. never had to wait in line to get off the boat.
