Let me begin with some of the positives. Our steward Emmerson was awesome. He remembered our names and was so friendly. Always greeted us by names if he saw us in the hallway!! Took pictures with him on our last night!!! In the dining room our head waiter Genesis was top notch. Took great care of us. One of the members in our party had a sore throat from yelling and he made sure she drank room temp water cause he said it was better for her!! Appreciated that he cared about us!! The singers on the ship were simply amazing and so talented. Now the not so great things. The woman who worked in the Pixel station was extremely rude and not friendly at all. There were some issues in the guest services who were very rude and not helpful. I paid for wi fi that only worked on the first day. I had to go down twice and then I just had them refund me the money. My sister who was traveling with me was told I shut off her seal and sign card. She has her own money and should have been able to have access to such. She was embaressed on 3 different occasions about not being able to use her card. We pre registered so she had her own credit card info so I should not have had to say it was ok to use her card. Not happy with the guest customer service station at all!!! Been on 4 of your cruises and was surprised by that.

Our cabin was clean and Emmerson was great!!! We loved loved him!!!! Friendly and the fact that he remembered our names made us feel so welcome!!
