After reading so many negative reviews, I was not expecting much on this cruise. It was a short 4 night get-a-way. I was pleasantly surprised. . The staff throughout the ship were very friendly and kind. My cabin was clean (after my initial entry). The cruise director "Donkey" was fantastic. He was the highlight of the cruise. The entertainment was good but not great. The comedians were good but not great. I really enjoyed the upper outside decks (10 & 11)--very quiet. I was surprised by how good the food was after reading so many complaints. BUT, I did not do the buffets. I had the freshly made to order omelets every morning. I had the huge salad bar for lunch and then dinner in the restaurant at night. The salmon was delicious. My huband had braised ribs which were also very good. I did not like the blue crab rigatoni, but the waiter brought me another dish (salmon again). The appetizers are small but very good. Who needs huge appetizers? Negatives: VERY crowded and long buffet lines, but I did not use buffets. The ship does need some maintenance. There was a rattle in my room caused by loose upper molding which was very annoying. The water in my shower drained so slowly that I had to take a fast shower. I like to have shows every night and I do not consider "Game night" a show. The spa was VERY overpriced. $175 for a massage.

Better than expected

Cabin Review

Interior
Cabin 4F
Comfortable King size bed. I was midship 8th floor which was quiet and convenient.
Plenty of storage space. 3 closets, dresser, 2 night stands. Big bathroom (compared to most ships) with adequate size shower. The shower did not drain well. Water pressure and temperature were good.
Verandah Deck Inside Cabins, Balcony Cabins

The company was good. The driver was good. It was easy to get to the reef and there were plenty of fish and turtles. The coral was not that pretty, but it was still a nice snorkeling experience. My only complaint was it took over an hour to finally leave the dock to go to the "resort". Too many people were booked for the van they had. But, the company did hire another private van. It just took a long time. I would recommend this company. Barry will call you personally before your trip and answer any questions. My only complaint is that Barry told me that the taxi would cost me $80 round trip and when I got to Freeport, the taxis were $14 round trip. That being said, I would still have booked with Paradise Cove.

Relaxing 3 hours. Had 73 people onboard a cat that held 100 so we had plenty of room. Very nice reef with pretty purple sea fans, brain coral and lots of colorful fish. But, this is NOT a sailing adventure. The cat motored to and from. The small gib was put up on the way back for looks only; the motor was still used and the gib just luffed. Crew was quiet but helpful. Music was played. The seats are your choice of benches or the net upfront. There was information about stars' homes on the way back to the boat, but hard to hear.
