Oasis of the Seas Cruise Review by hennehenn
My wife and I couldn't wait to cruise on this ship; however it was nothing to write home about but not all bad either. The best food is in the Windjammer and Johnny Rockets (MUST GET the apple pie at Johnny Rockets, it will change the way you look at desserts on the ship), the main dinning room and other complimentary foods spots was just that "Complimentary"; you got 70's 80's and Latin music every night but not R&B music or adult after hours karaoke at all; MUST READ the daily itinerary; no one walking around offering dink specials; remember, there are 5,000 plus people on this ship and making reservations for anything on the same day will not happen. The personal care from the staff was lacking that you get being on smaller ships. Pay attention to your bill....non-alcohol drink package $26 per day has a $32.95 service charge per person ($428 for couple for 7 days not worth it); Getting on/off the ship was a breeze and our comfort level was high but for us the smaller ships are better. We enjoyed our ship aboard this ship but for our money going forward we will stick with the smaller ships.
hennehenn’s Full Rating Summary
A little small for a stateroom with balcony but not bad for an "Interior Balcony".
