We chose this cruise because we have family in the northeast and we are from Florida. We booked it last year and were previously on the Regal Princess and truly enjoyed it. It is a beautiful ship. We embarked in Brooklyn and it was the fastes easiest embarkation we every experienced. Our rooms were ready and and the ship as we remembered it. Our cabin E110, which i fought to keep, rejecting a upgrade due to the size of the balcony. While the balcony was indeed huge the walk to our cabin and the extended walls surrounding it made it less convent than we expected. All and all the sailing was smooth, the entertainment was not quite what it should be and the cabin tv and internet were quite a problem. The internet is extremely slow and sporadic, the tv went out and we were disappointed with the lacking entertainment during the day, no tv in the cabin and extremely slow internet.... However the dining room and bar service was great. The acoustics on the ship seemed to be a problem. With the center plaza echoed thru three decks and made it hard to communicate with our group anywhere on 5,6,or 7. It seemed to echo. We spent many nights at the wheelhouse and the entertainment was great the noise was also a problem. The dining room staff were extremely accommodating and the food was good. I feel that if they were able to control the acoustics it would be great. Disembarkation was extremely smooth we had a 7:30am disembarkation and were off. The ship and thru customs within 10 minutes... Great cruiise

Cabin Review

Cabin E110
Cabin small and tight. The balcony large with two chairs a table and two foot rests.
The walk to the cabin proved to be a challenge. The largest balcony did not make up for the long walk to the cabin.
