Norwegian Spirit Cruise Review by Charlief
- Sail Date: July 2017
- Destination: Mediterranean
- Cabin Type: Inside
Unfortunately for the first 5 day, I would have to complain to guest services at least once a day about problems with planning, things ranging from no hot water, toilet not flushing (this was a regular occurrence), no water one day, hot water coming out of cold tap. This really created a lot of stress for the first 5 days.
My other major issue was that we were directly below the casino and every night we were kept awake until 2/3am due to people walking above our head.
Also on the last night they had run out of soft drinks!!
On a positive note, our cabin steward Bart, was lovely, the food was nice and the countries we saw were lovely.
Entertainment on show was very good .
I would not sail on this particular ship again and I am waiting for a response from NCL re my complaint and that will decide whether I would sail on an NCL ship again.

SplitLoved it here and wish we had been there longer as really would have liked to got Krka National Park but it was a long way to go and was a bit anxious that we wouldn't get back in time. We picked up a taxi and asked him to drive us around and show us the sites which he did. Got some amazing photosView All 395 Split Cruise Port Reviews

VeniceWe were there for 2 days, day one got a water bus to Murano, took approx 1 1/4 hours to get there but was lovely to see the sights on the way. What a beautiful place to visit, saw some glass being made and walked up and down looking in all the shops and tasting the delicious ice cream. The next day went on a Gondola ride for 40 minutes at a cost of 70 Euros, picked it up whilst wandering around. Lovely way to get around. This was one of my favourite ports of the whole tripView All 1,422 Venice Cruise Port Reviews
