Silver Spirit Cruise Review by AAH8
- Sail Date: June 2017
- Destination: Mediterranean
Our primary problem was being given an inexperienced butler which we didn't understand until half was through the cruise so when she didn't answer her pages or was extremely slow we assumed that Silversea had cut down on their service.
The second problem was that dinner service was not available in any dining room before 7PM, and they have no dinner buffet or option for casual dining. Since the service in the dining room was extremely slow, it was impossible to finish eating early enough to get enough sleep before going on tour. They really seem to think that having their "guests" wear tuxedos is more important than meeting the needs of their passengers.
The cabins are fine.
We couldn't go to any entertainment. It was too late for us.
The tours were good. I recommend the itinerary on another cruise line that isn't so impressed with itself.
