We had been on a western Caribbean cruise so we decided to try an eastern Caribbean cruise. We enjoyed snorkeling in Nassau, zip-lining in STT and shopping in SXM. The Oasis of the Seas has everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful week. It's hard to imagine anyone not liking the Oasis. It is huge, yes, but doesn't feel crowded. We feel the added size gives a smoother ride (my wife gets sea sick). On the Oasis my wife barely noticed and movement, except if we were on the bow or stern of the ship. The added size of the ship allows for more activities and larger facilities. The running track is awesome...one lap equals 700 meters. 7.2 laps equals 3 miles which is what I ran everyday and I still put on four pounds during the week! The gym is huge and has everything you could ever need for a great workout. The Spa was very nice. Finally, the entire staff that we came into contact with was just great. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and worked hard at whatever the task at hand was.

Fun week for the whole family!

Cabin Review

Cabin 11652
Nice cabin, plenty of space, well-designed layout. Plenty of electrical outlets...we have five outlets by the vanity mirror. I believe other reviews say there are only two. We still brought an outlet strip. The balcony was decent sized, with two chairs and a table.

The middle cabin location offers a smoother ride than being forward of aft. My wife suffers from mild sea-sickness... which she only noticed at the bow or stern of the boat. If she was in our room, balcony or anywhere in the middle of the ship the ride is smoother and she felt great.
