This was our first cruise with royal Caribbean and were very excited to do this cruise. The ship was beautiful and never felt crowded. The rooms were well laid out. The shows were excellent and I loved the adults only solarium . Meals were hit and miss the windjammer food was plentiful with variety but usually cold. Hot cooked food needs to maintained at a certain temperature and I always had an upset stomach for most of the days on board, the soups and casseroles were too salty I felt they were penny pinching on the drinks package and toiletries. II didn't think the drinks package was good value for money. The wine at dinner was horrible , it took ages to get a drink if you were on the package and for some reason when we ordered a wine they took our glasses away to fill them so wondered if we were getting what we asked for. If you were paying for drinks as you went they would bring the wine to the table and were keen to offer top ups. Toiletries, No hair conditioner supplied and soap was not replaced daily, was washing with tiny thin bits of soap, when I made a comment on a survey about how frugal they were with toiletries I finally got some hair conditioner and a new piece of soap daily. Apart from penny pinching , overpriced drinks package and average food I enjoyed this cruise but I would look at other options rather than Royal carribbean
