My husband and I chose this cruise as we wanted to visit key west, whilst visiting Miami. I must admit, we had fairly low expectations . Having cruised 20+ times before, I had not expected the victory to live up to the premium cruise lines I had sailed with previously. There is much to commend the victory including: Straightforward embarkation - we heeded the instruction to arrive 2 hours after our allocated embarkation time and walked straight on. Best embarkation ever. Our balcony stateroom - 6432 - was at the rear and featured a double length balcony. The cabin was dated, but well appointed. Our cabin Steward was one of the best. He provided robes, animals, and twice daily service. Tasty food options around the ship. Lots of entertainment options, appealing to most. I liked deck entertainment, Andy piano bar, vroom show and others. Friendly staff, who greeted us by name throughout the 4 day cruise. That being said: The muster was the worst ever - it felt like an hour on a hot airless deck. Total disorganisation. Same for embarkation and disembarkation at the ports. Poor management of the situations resulted in long lines. The decor is slightly dated and lacks a luxury feel. The external appearance of the ship is slightly shabby In summary, for a fairly cheap, informal short cruise, victory is hard to beat.

Exceeded expectations

Loved the double length balcony. Furnishings slightly dated, but ample sized room.
