I am not sure why people criticise this cruise ship, we have been on Disney, Royal Carribean, Princess, Costa, MSC, NCL and Holland America and the ship compares favourably against all of these with the exception of Holland America which was our favourite. It is clean, well maintained, the crew are excellent, the entertainment was good, the food is pretty average but not imaginative. It styles itself as a fun cruise and it is that, a lot of american teens and twenties on board make it a noisy but fun cruise (we are in out 60's) but not too annoying. Jase the Cruise Director is excellent and the entertainment around the ship is good, particularly enjoyable is Gilbert in the Piano Bar who is brilliant. We had free dining which was nice but we usually had to wait with a pager, but not too long, by the end of the cruise we ate in the Buffet which was fine. We had an Ocean Suite which was brilliant and well worth the extra money we paid for it, as it also gave us priority boarding, it was larger than any cabin we had had before and Natan kept it clean and tidy and was very attentive. My one gripe is why in this day and age do you have to pay for poor Wifi on a ship, it should be provided as standard and vastly improved. We did two excursions, The Mayan Ruins in Belize - well worth doing and the Top 10 in Roatan, 6 of which are shops, which was ok and fairly cheap. All in All a very enjoyable cruise.
