This was one of my "bucket list " things to do . The ship was lovely ; the staff were lovely ; the scenery was stunning ; the weather was excellent ; but - the food was very disappointing . As a vegetarian and being on Celebrity ship I had high expectations but was very disappointed . The buffet in the main café was Ok as obviously toy can pick & choose what you have . However , the main meal in the evening was very woeful . Out of 8 choices of main meals , there was only 1 vegetarian and it took a few days for me to find out that there was in fact a vegetarian menu . This gave me a whole two choices ! ! Lucky me ! ! The last night I had spaghetti , and I was not actually sure that it may have come from a tin ! It had certainly been sitting under a heat lamp as it was one complete lump of pasta . The desserts were the same every night , except for the last night when we were offered "Baked Alaska " How exciting - except it was just ice cream with a sponge covering . I think they set sail without any chef's on board that had no pride in what they were preparing as I was very much under impressed with my food . ALSO , do not prepay for private transfer from Vancouver to the airport . I paid almost £78 for 2 people to have one of these but according to all the staff at Vancouver this is not something that is provided and everybody that booked one of these returned to the airport on a coach . The Customer support at Celebrity told me that I missed the transfer & seemed to blame me for not finding something that seemingly cannot be provided . Am still waiting for the refund . There is an airport shuttle that costs CA$15 .

Lovely cruise; shame about the food
