  3. Carnival Vista
This was our 17th Cruise but the first time with Carnival & it was aboard their biggest ship only launched in May. The boarding was quite slick bearing in mind it takes over 4,000 passengers. The Cabins were OK, we had an inside Cabin that served it's purpose, Being a new ship we had to allow for a few teething problems & there were a few, which did included, not having our Cabin made up one day, waiting over 35 minutes for our first course one evening although we were one of the first in the Restaurant. The food was good the Staff were OK but somehow with so many passengers you somehow did not get the personal service that smaller ships can provide. One thing we thought was very good was the Cruise Director & the Evenings Show's, I have to say they were a breath of fresh air, not the usual songs from the Musicals that seem to dominate other Cruise Evening Shows, The Vista's shows were modern & entertaining. Being a large ship it can cater for all tastes of music & entertainment. Also different is the Sky Ride which is a ride around the top of the ship on a sort of bike which both my Granddaughter & son in law enjoyed & she also enjoyed the Sky circuit obstacle course. And to any beer drinkers, it does have it's own micro brewery on board & does make 'Stout'. We do not take any of the Shore Excursions as they always seem so expensive but always do our own thing. Overall then an OK ship & Cruise but I think smaller is better.

Cabin Review

Interior
Cabin 4C 2291
A new ship but the Cabins are the same format as every other ship but obviously does not show any wear & tear at the moment. If you dress up for the evening the wardrobe is very small so was difficult to hang up dress etc.
Lobby Deck Inside Cabins, Outside Cabins
