Sun Princess Cruise Review by Woodsman 1
- Sail Date: March 2016
- Destination: Trans-Ocean
- Cabin Type: Balcony
The weather was magnificent and I think an average of about 32 degrees C the entire trip which meant we basically lived in shorts singlets and thongs (Flip Flops) during the day and casual summer attire of an evening which really suited most passengers on board.
The entertainment on board was just that "Entertaining", the activities were well attended and the shops and bars on board were always a hive of activity, both day & night.
The dining rooms, whether you ate at the buffet or at a restaurant were well catered for, the staff were both efficient and entertaining, hygiene was high priority with hand sanitation stations at every entry point for all eateries on board. The food was magnificent, the variety was endless and there was something there for everyone.
The ports were all interesting and had something to offer everyone, we visited, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Phuket and Singapore. All ports were well organised and efficient and had money changers located in or just outside the passenger terminals.

The bed was short, I am 5"10 and my feet hung over the edge, no real big issue but if you were 6"5 it might be?
The Bar Fridge was small and I couldn't control the temperature which unfortunately was a little warm.
The Ensuite was tiny, you actually had to get out if you wanted to change your mind (Joking) but it was very small.
