This cruise was far from being a cruise with positive things to remember other than our excellent cabin attendant. The embarkation & disembarkation process was very poor (it took several hours to get on the ship in Southampton and several hours to get through US Customs processing in Fort Lauderdale.) Our dining room staff wasn't well trained and their attitude was curt. Didn't care for the new show -- CATS I didn't care for the modifications that were made to the ship in its recent dry-dock (removal of the Viking Lounge; addition of loft suites; This will be my last cruise on this class of ship.
