My wife and I have sailed with Viking on many river cruises and were curious about the new ocean service. During our Viking Homelands cruise we were, overall, very impressed. The food was outstanding. The staff made us feel at home. It was delightful, with two exceptions. First, we selected a stateroom aft on Deck 6 right under the open air dining area on Deck 7 aft of the World Cafe. Every evening the crew would move the tables and chairs forward to the World Cafe bulkhead. Every morning between 4:30 and 5:30 they would relocate them around the open area--not by picking them up and placing them down, but by pushing them around the deck. This created an annoying racket. Asking Reception and the Maitre d' to delay re-positioning the tables/chairs, or instructing the wait staff to lift them and place them quietly on the deck got us intermittent relief. We recommend future guests book passage in stateroom amidships on Deck 5 for an uninterrupted sleep. Second, Viking offers shore excursions for a fee. If you want to guarantee a place on an excursion before embarking, you have to pay for it with a credit card. You cannot use ship board credits, until you board the ship. Its an easy fix to pay for the excursion before boarding, cancel on board, and substitute credits for payments.. It is, however, annoying. Otherwise, it was an incredible cruise aboard a fabulous ship. One last note. We prefer to travel independently and didn't take excursions that cost extra except in St. Petersburg--the ballet and the Russian Museum. The included tours, mostly windshield tours of the port towns, were OK, but with planning you can easily see the worthwhile sights for a fraction of the cost. Read Less

Several years ago we had taken the Viking cruise in China. It was wonderful. We decided to take the Viking Star to the Baltic this past summer and were delighted with the service, food, accommodations and, of course, the ports. Especially interesting were the side trips in each port. The guest speakers were interesting and well prepared. Questions were answered quickly and fully in the port talks. The ship was very comfortable and immaculate. Viking had also made the travel arrangements for us. These also worked out very well and were much appreciated. Everything was obviously very professionally done from the fine reception in Bergen to the departure in Stockholm. We enjoyed the opportunity to swim on board and relax in the fitness area. Entertainment was good and well received by most of the guests. There was no pressure to purchase additional drinks or gifts. Perhaps our favorite time of day was when we would go to the Cafe and enjoy the fine dining with service from the excellent wait staff. Everyone helped to make our trip memorable. A friend had booked and then asked if we wanted to join them. We had previously cruse the Danube river on Viking and we were very happy with the total experience so we said "Yes!!". We had a wonderful time and it was a great experience all around. The food was exceptional! The service was exceptional. We were able to do more and see more in 2 weeks than we would ever have been able to do on our own and in comfort and style. Viking takes very good care of it's passengers from the moment you board a plane to the moment you leave them. They go above and beyond! I enjoyed the differences between all the countries and the excursions were wonderful and educational. All of the guides that we had were experts both about the site of the excursion and entertaining in their telling. I will relate one interesting story as a result of our trip. My husband lost his hat in The Rock Church in Finland. The hat he had purchased in Passau, Germany on our first cruise with Viking on the Danube (which was our first trip out of the US). My husband is a Lutheran minister (the church is also Lutheran). I contacted a guide from the church using an email address and they found the hat!! We now have friends in Finland that we would love to visit again some day. Read Less

Never have been to this part of the world. We were very happy with the selection of port stops. We were able to see all of the Scandinavian countries and also had stops in Germany, Poland and Estonia. We were very taken by the friendliness of the people especially in Denmark and Estonia. The trip to St. Petersburg was beautiful. Great gourmet food served in all venues on the Viking Star. The entertainment is diversified and wonderful. Whatever your tastes in entertainment there was talent on board to meet your needs. We enjoyed the afternoon teas and the tasty scones and sandwiches. We were amazed by the design of the ship and we again noticed that even when we were all on board during the day at sea you feel as if there are only a few people on board. The public areas are spread out in a way that you never feel as if there are more than a few dozen on board. Read Less

Wanted to see Norway, Sweden and the other Baltic countries, but traveling by car was just too cumbersome. The cruise allowed us to hit highlights of these countries and could then decide if we might visit them again in more detail. The ship was new so everything looked sparkling, but not tacky at all. It was very tastefully decorated and made one feel very warm. Because the ship is smaller (920 passengers), everything was more intimate. The food was great and the service was as well, different options each night. We had the same waiters most evenings because they were so friendly. The shore excursions were for the most part very well done. There were a couple of ports where we did not have good guides, especially in Aalborg and Helsinki. And the bus trip in Flam to a restaurant was 2+ hours of turns and tunnels (understand), with about 45 minutes at the halfway point. But all in all, we loved the ship and the cruise. Learned a lot about the countries we visited and would recommend it highly! Read Less

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to make happen. We were very happy with the with the destinations. The Viking Star exceeded all our expectations in service, food, wine, and courtesy. The excursions we thoughtfully planned and good values. The entertainment at night was top shelf whether it was in the lounge or in the theater. I think the entertainment was Broadway special and professional, singing, dancing, acting and story lines. The restaurants are clean, bright, comfortable, inviting, and relaxing fun. All the wait staff and those on the buffet lines were well trained, polite, professional, and fun to talk to. The spa and pool areas were jaw dropping in their atmosphere, equipment, location, and they were spotlessly clean. The state room we occupied was very comfortable, bright, cheery, relaxing along with the great balcony. We had a fabulous time!!! Read Less

This was my first cruise, but even the experienced cruisers praised Viking Star as their best cruise. The ship is new, modern and high class. The tours were also high quality in addition to the food and staff. It was mainly 65+ guests, with no children on board. So if you are younger it requires some patience and adjusting assumptions. But there were a few "younger" people traveling with parents and there are always a few 65+ people who like late night entertainment and drinks. We sailed around the Nordic sea, Bergen (three stops in Norway), Denmark, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Russia, Finland and ending in Sweden. The dining options were a good variety. We were on the third floor and had only two nights of special dining, but those were excellent. The restaurant and buffet area offer a wide range of options and we did not tired of those options either. I loved the accommodations and the staff was fabulously consistently kind and generous. I would go back in an instant and dream of retiring on a Viking ship. Thank you Viking! Read Less

One of the best cruises we have ever been on. The new ship Viking Star is a Star. A truly fantastic ship - lives up to the hype. Loved the experience so much we booked an Amazon cruise while on this one. Still breaking in new employees. Viking Ocean is growing at a fast rate and there are some growing pains - but nothing huge. Would recommend the 3-day precruise stop in Iceland. A very interesting place. Embarkation and Dis were better than average. Excellent baggage service. Only 930 passengers - giving an elegant and not rushed feel the entire trip. Not a party boat for the 20's and 30's. There is one show per nite - so dine early. Three big productions by Viking performers. Other performers were adequate, but no big name acts (the act billed as "the big one" was a singer from England we did not know). Lecturers were excellent - not to be missed. Food was cruise caliber plus. Italian restaurant was excellent and with no extra fee. The elite restaurant was the Chef's Table also no extra charge. It has a fixed menu. Better check it out before you reserve. All three menus were excellent. One we liked, one we did not care for and one was just not our cup of tea. As on Viking river cruises there is free unlimited wine at lunch and dinner. Also free wifi. Very nice perks. One downside item was the air travel booking. First try booked us to the wrong city (Bergen instead of Keflic Iceland). Second try had extremely poor connections. Third try was acceptable but United on the return charged us $100 for our second bag. Fabulous cruise not to miss! Read Less

We have never been to that part of the world (the Baltic Sea), so it seemed a perfect time to explore new places. We did at least one excursion at every port of call, and every single thing about it all was so very well organized & enjoyable! We LOVED the Viking Star, and everything about the cruise! The food was outstanding, the ship was beautifully comfortable, the ports of call amazing, the service superb, and lucky us - the weather was also great! We met new friends from California, who we have already re-connected with, and will again! It's so interesting to visit with people from all over the world! Our next Viking cruise is booked - a river cruse in 2017! And after that, we WILL book another ocean cruise with Viking. We loved it!!! Read Less

We had cruised the Danube River with Viking and had already become a fan of the high standards they set. Choosing to visit the Viking Homelands aboard MS Viking Star was an easy decision. Beginning with the SAS flight to Stockholm we were in the lap of luxury. From the red coated greeting at the airport onward, Viking displayed its care and pride in customer excitement. The staterooms are functional, comfortable and as advertised. The outstanding features (besides a great bed) are the balcony and the bathroom ... heated floor, marble steam shower and amenities. Count the room A+. Food? High quality, vast variety of choices and convenient serving methods. From formal dining to "pop-up" specialty service on Decks 2 and 7, we were never bored or wanting for anything more. The design of the ship allowed us indoor-outdoor dining/snack/drinking experiences as we chose. Even when closed to the weather, the full glass walls kept our attention on the passing scene. The spa with its snow room, steam room and pool--added to the men/women separate spas with more amenities of sauna and cold pool, allowed a complete Nordic experience--all included. Of course personal massage etc. is available (ask my wife.) An area not usually reviewed is the ship's medical facility. Unfortunately, I needed the service and was amazed at what I found: a ward of three beds outfitted better than my local hospital, an ICU, a pharmacy, and small surgery center. The two nurses and doctor were top quality, complete and highly competent. My diagnosis of a lung infection was treated over five days of inhalation therapy (and the necessary drugs) and did the job! We are already booked on a Rhine River cruise and plan another ocean cruise to the med. Go Viking! Read Less

Could not wait to write this review. I have cruised a few times both river and ocean and found the Viking Homelands Cruise aboard the Viking Star to far and away be the best. We arrived a few days before embarkation in Stockholm. Got a chance to see the beautiful city before embarkation to the Viking Star. We were met at the ship with precise instructions and everything proceeded seamlessly. Stateroom was ample and exceedingly user-friendly. everything about this ship is designed to lessen stress and the common areas are designed to give everyone ample room and comfort. Food in all the dining areas was top notch. Ports were interesting and excursions although not all ideal were run exceedingly efficient. But now to the best point. Service. For a ship handling approximately 1000 passengers we found the level of service and attention to detail outstanding. Service personnel who worked exceedingly long hours always had a smile and were ready to help with any request. Not only would I cruise the Viking Star again I will highly recommend this cruise to others. Read Less

Touching the Viking (historic) experience and the cities of the Baltic fulfilled our keen interest in history. We had cruised with Viking on the Danube and adding this experience aboard the Star served to reinforce our loyalty and pleasure with the Viking experience. (We are booked for a 2017 Rhine Cruise in October.) Travelling with our son and daughter-in-law, both as avid adventurers as we, was a special experience. While my wife and I filled our days, the "kids" (over 50) took it too the next level--and Viking was there to fill every desire. They managed to be first off and last on the ship at every port. While the shore excursions filled the day, the great dining facilities completed the evening experience. We availed ourselves of all the restaurants and spent much time outdoors on the Aquavit Terrace. Each day usually ended with a libation in the Explorer Lounge enjoying the magnificent view over the bow. Read Less

We had already been on a Viking river cruise 2 years previous which was excellent and decided to try there ocean cruise, we chose Viking because it was a small ship with only 900 passengers, no way would we be interested in a large ship with over 2000 passengers, it is just not us. Everything about the cruise from the time we boarded to the time we disembarked was total perfection, Vikings organisation skills are second to none, you just could not fault them, the food was out of this world, and shore excursions at each port were arranged and timed to perfection. Cleanliness was at the top of there list of priorities and the friendliness of there staff was excellent, especially the steward who looked after our cabin, they really could not do enough to help you and to ensure your stay on board met with Vikings very high standards, we would without doubt take another cruse with Viking, river or ocean, they were both excellent. Like a majority of our shipmates my husband and I are retirees. We chose this cruise following a great Viking river cruise experience. We booked a 3 day precruise trip to Iceland. We enjoyed our time in Iceland, though I could have used an extra day to explore Reykjavik more thoroughly. The included excursions ended fairly late in the day leaving little time to see museums and shops before closing time. The Golden Circle tour was scenic and worth while. The Blue Lagoon was well worth a visit, my husband considered it the icing on the Iceland cake. The Viking representatives were helpful upon arrival and departure in Iceland and also on arrival in Stockholm. Embarkation procedures went smoothly, we were issued our key cards and allowed immediate access to our stateroom. We felt pampered the whole trip. Our stateroom was spacious with a king size bed, ample closet and storage space and even heated flooring in the bathroom. The ship was beautifully decorated and was very clean. Early morning or late in the evening people could be seen cleaning and dusting. One especially nice feature was the free laundry room with laundry soap automatically dispensed into the washer, if we had known how convenient it was we would have packed fewer clothes. The food at all the dining venues was excellent with attentive wait staff and prompt service. The two specialty restaurants required reservations but otherwise there was no additional cost. The only reason I didn't gain weight on the cruise was all the walking we did on our excursions and exploring the ports of call. Many of the town centers were a distance from the ship but Viking provided shuttle bus service every 30 minutes into and out of the town centers with conveniently located help centers staffed by Viking personel. The shore excursions were generally interesting and informative but on occasion we escaped the regimentation and continued to explore on our own. An unavoidable irritant was the need for bathroom breaks with the long lines and the need to wait on everyone which cut in to the tour time. The meals included on several of our shore excursions were always very good. There were ample shipboard activities if you had the energy . They had a cast of talented singers and dancers providing entertainment on stage or in the lounge, we saw several enjoyable shows. They also screened movies although you also had a selection of films available on the in room TV. I made use of the Spa one evening for a Nordic hair treatment and massage which was luxurious. Disembarkation went smoothly with porter service provided at the airport to help handle luggage. As we were leaving the ship the next passengers were beginning to arrive and we wondered if our keycards would let us sneak back on board for another cruise but alas it was time to return home with no turndown service and no gourmet meals to look forward to and no afternoon tea and scones. My husband and I have taken other cruises with our family which were fun...Alaska, Caribbean, Mexico. But we saved our money to afford this cruise which celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary...no kids this time! It was the most magical, amazing cruise I've been on! We flew into Stockholm and flew out of Bergen. Our cabin was perfect...roomy enough, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, fun balcony. We loved the restocked mini-bar! Dining was excellent with our favorite special restaurant being Manfredi's Italian food. The staff was remarkable...so polite and helpful! We learned so much about all the countries we visited and the guides were excellent! St Petersburg's credential checks at the port were a little disconcerting but the excursions took us to beautiful palaces and art exhibits so it was worth the trouble. We had never been to any of the 8 countries we sailed to but each was unique and beautiful. My relatives came from Norway so that country was the most special of all. I loved the fact that our ship was small enough to sail into the fjords! I would take another cruise in a heartbeat but we'll have to save money first. Read Less

Our local travel club thought it sounded like a fun trip. Twenty-two members from our club participated. We left San Francisco 2 hours late, so 6 members who had a short turn-around time for their connecting flight from Copenhagen, Denmark to Bergen, Norway missed their connecting flight. We had to spend the night in Denmark. My daughter & I were put on an early flight to Norway the next morning. We were not met at the airport by anyone from the ship and had to make our own way to the Ship. Security was not going to let us board the ship, but a very nice lady intervened on our behalf and escorted us to check in. We missed the excursion we had signed up for, but were put on a free walking tour. The Plane reservations were made by Viking. In spite of our rough start, I could not voice enough nice thoughts to the ship's staff, the state of our cabin, food, and general areas. My daughter and I were particularly impressed with the bathroom and closet. We have taken several cruises together and the bathrooms and closets were much smaller than on Viking. We stopped at each country on the Baltic Sea and participated in one or more excursions in each country. The ship's staff and our Guide on each tour spoke excellent English, so we always knew where and what we were visiting. Read Less

The entire experience was amazing. The Viking Star was a brand new ship and everything was top drawer. The crew was very attentive and helpful. The food - amazing. We enjoyed every city around the Baltic, but Tallinn, Estonia was our favorite. The daily port information meetings and excursions were well planned. The ship board activities, however, were among our favorites. The forum speakers included a former Congressman and an North Sea oil geologist, both who spoke at four different sessions. The enrichment forums were held to 45 minutes, which helped us keep focus and not sit too long. The Nordic pool area, steam bath, snow zone and hot tub pools became a daily ritual. The night time entertainment was amazing. The cast and technology assist made for great production shows. And rarely have we danced 14 nights in a row, but we did this trip! We went on this cruise to se St.Petersberg and the Baltic. We added on three days in Iceland. The initial booking was a bit awkward as the software did not recognise the Isle of Man. A very helpful telephone call soon sorted this out. We booked the special two day trip in St.Petersburg which was fantastic and we were very lucky with most of our guides who were all easy to understand and gave a feel for their countries. Obviously some were better than others but we had few complaints and all trips were very well organised. Iceland was fascinating again helped by a very informative guide. The only blemish on the whole trip was our departure from Iceland. We were told to meet in the lobby at 3-45 am for a 4-00am pick up. there were 12 of us . The pick up never came and the hotel had to arrange for some taxis at 4-30am to get us to the airport, This is not the first time something like this has happened and Viking need to address this problem. The Viking Star is a superb ship. Our cabin was well designed and the ship never seemed crowded with plenty of different areas from a night club to a relaxed lounge and theatre to a swimming pool. The food was excellent. There was a good choice of restaurants. The Captain's Table was very good with a menu which changed every three days, Manfredi's was an Italian themed restaurant with a good selection of dishes and then the world restaurant which was our favourite with a good choice each day and some reliable regulars. There were also other outlets for snacks and drinks. You could upgrade for $250 for all day drinks but we did not bother. The house wine was of a decent quality and free with lunch and dinner. The crew were all polite and very helpful- I could not fault them and any problems were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Read Less

In addition, the ship itself has so many wonderful public rooms, lounges and areas to relax.Nothing was ever crowded, except occasionally the buffet at breakfast when everyone was getting off. Loved the "included" off ship excursions particularly the ones in Berlin, Germany and Flam, Norway. We also enjoyed the featured guest speakers aboard, particularly the one provided on Estonia. Also pleased that the 2 "reservation only" restaurants were open to all without an "up" charge. Meals were fabulous and the wines provided were very good. Would, and have already, strongly recommended this trip to others. Only "hiccup" was flight travel to and from post trip to Iceland. Strongly recommend clarifying information before you either leave on the trip or on the ship before the post trip. Read Less

Wow! A happy medium between the huge ships that seem to dominate the industry on one end and the small super-luxury ships that cost much more on the other. The Viking Star (and its sister ships) offer plenty of onboard dining and recreation options and a staff that is clearly trained in personal service, provided in an atmosphere and scale that is a pleasure to behold. The Viking Star has everything you'd expect from one of the world's newest cruise ships: high-tech customer interface, beautiful Scandinavian design, and a feeling that you will never want to go back to the 2000-3000 passenger experience. The Viking Ocean line also includes so many things we think of part of the cruise experience but which many (most?) lines price as extras: wi-fi, beer/wine, laundry, room service meals, basic shore excursions. Another aspect that differentiated Viking is the focus on education rather than entertainment. They are genuinely interested in providing their guests with an experience that makes you smarter, not just happy. Our summer cruise included, for example, three talks by a former congressman about the state of politics in the US -- non-partisan and very educational. This is not a ship for children. The crew proved willing to take the extra steps necessary to get us out of a couple of logistic messes we ourselves had created, and did so with professionalism, efficiency, and good grace. We took advantage of several, but not all, of the included shore excursions. We did several ports on our own (Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Aalborg, Flam) or with separately organized smaller tours (St.Petersburg and Tallinn). This mix was welcome. The included tours we took (Gdansk, Berlin, and Bergen) were well-organized, educational, and provided sufficient flexibility. Shuttle arrangements worked well when we were on our own, and the smaller ship meant we never faced the hassle of tendering and we never had a lineup for disembarking or returning to the ship. This was our first cruise, and we had an opportunity to explore a bit of Scandinavia, the Baltic and Russia. It whetted our appetites other Viking cruises and another visit to our Viking Star destinations. Superior land and sea experiences. The crew were outstanding and very attentive to guests. The Viking guides were knowledgeable and very friendly. The ship was exactly the right size. For those who want 1) a cruise experience with 2 or 3 thousand other passengers, 2) with lots of gambling, 3) with lots of children and Spring-breakers, and 4) with on board circuses and water parks, this is NOT the cruise line or ship. Enrichment activities, guest lectures, demonstrations and discussions were superior. For example, a former Member of Congress gave 4 or 5 discussions of political history and issues. He gave a particularly prescient lecture on how the candidate Trump had a viable chance of being elected by winning certain states' electoral votes. To the extent we have any complaint our disembarkation was at 400 a.m. due to flight connections. Quite unpleasant, but handled by staff as well as can be expected. Suggest adding a day or two at the end if you can afford it. Read Less

We were fortunate with the weather since it was originally hot and then a cold front for the rest of the trip. Learn a great deal about the history of the region, including influence of Greeks, Romans Lombards and religious wars. Some beautiful churches and cathedrals was also a highlight. Unfortunately did not learn much French but am a slow learner of languages. It was nice that we covered very modest distances so could spend so much time ashore. Used the sun deck, including the jogging path to try to keep in shape. The food was delicious and service superb. Out room steward, Bogdan, was one of the best we have had and we have taken quite a few cruises. All in all a great trip. Read Less

We loved the cruise. It hit the major ports we wanted to visit. The staff was caring and professional. We loved meeting people who enjoyed the same things and sights we did. We enjoyed the pre cruise stay in Stockholm, but would have enjoyed it if we had had more time and if there were organized sightseeing. The embarkation was smooth and easy. The dining facilities were fabulous. The World Café presented a variety for every meal and all were very good. We enjoyed Manfredi's Italian Restaurant, but the reservation process was not as smooth as could be. "The Restaurant" for evening meals was excellent. The food and wine were most enjoyable, and no reservations were required. We often met with a group of 8 and had no problem in being seated at a round table. The excursions were good and had English speaking guides. Some guides were better than others. Disembarkation was very well organized and we were bused to our hotel afterwards. The main problems for us began with the Viking representative at the Bergen Hotel. She told us three different times to have our luggage out the night before departure to the post trip to Iceland which we did. Unfortunately and unbeknown to us that luggage pickup was for the people taking the train to Oslo: we were to fly to Oslo the next morning and had no luggage. We thought our luggage was being taken to the airport, but when we arrived in Iceland we had no luggage. Finally we received our luggage after 15 days. Even after all the inconvenience, we loved our trip! Read Less

We had previously completed a Viking River Cruise and were impressed with the overall organization, shore excursions and attentiveness of the ship's personnel. However, we weren't interested in an Ocean Cruise available from other cruise lines with 3,000 or more fellow travellers. Viking Ocean Cruises launched in 2015 with cruise capacity of only 930 travellers. This was the 2nd year for the Viking Star and it didn't disappoint. First of all, you'd never know there were 930 fellow travellers as the ship provided many common areas offering different activities. The ship was spotless throughout and the staff were extremely personable and attentive. There were a number of dining options including 2 specialty restaurants. We were guaranteed 1 reservation in each specialty restaurant however they were never full so we actually ate in them a total of 5 evenings, at no additional cost. The food quality was very high and plentiful. There were numerous Shore excursions which covered a number of interests. The contracted tour guides in each locale were extremely well versed and genuinely interested in imparting their knowledge. Two excursions that stood out for us were the Hermitage in St. Petersburg and the tour of Berlin which included Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, as well as the spot on the sidewalk where Ronald Reagan made his memorable request of Mr. Gorbachev to tear down the wall and open the gate. We'd highly recommend this cruise. Entertainment was provided by a group of young singers and dancers who presented shows including the Rat Pack, the Beatles and Abba. All were well done. Read Less

We chose Viking because of our positive experience on their Rhine cruise. We chose the Baltic because my husband wanted to visit St. Petersburg and see the Hermitage which has a large collection of impressionist paintings. The cruise was delightful. The visit to the Hermitage was disappointing because the impressionists had apparently been moved to another location and even if they hadn't been moved there would have been no time after the included tour to find, much less to appreciate, the artwork. This was the only disappointment on the whole cruise. The ship was very nice with a variety of public areas for socialization. The crew were very friendly and attentive and the boarding and departure procedures were smooth and efficient. The food was delicious at all the venues with creative offerings and special regional dishes on the menu. I preferred the restaurant rather than the buffet because I liked the personal service rather than the cafeteria style but food was excellent in both locations. The Italian restaurant was a nice experience and the food was good but after one visit there was little incentive to return only because the regular restaurant was so good. The afternoon tea and scones was very nice, especially the scones in my opinion. The trivia games were fun. The stage performances were very good with excellent special effects. The one bistro show we attended was entertaining. We didn't attend any of the movies on offer. We made use of the spa facilities and I had a Nordic hair treatment that was luxurious. The ports of call were all very interesting and made us want to extend our stay and explore more. Viking provided shuttle service to and from the old towns and had a station staffed with Viking people to help answer questions and provide directions which was very helpful. No sooner had we arrived home than my husband was looking to book us on an East Indies cruise in 2017 which happens to be on the same ship as the Baltic cruise. So we are looking forward to more excellent service. Read Less
