The cabin was a good size. Not spacious, but plenty of room for us. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is quire remarkable. Shower water pressure is the best I've ever seen and shower size is only about a foot shorter in each dimension than the one we have at home. The end exterior wall is all glass. There is a makeup table / desk spanning between the exterior wall and a door to the verandah off to the side. The veranda is very spacious - about 8' by 10' or so. The mirror over the desk and in the bathroom both have the same arrangement. Rather than external lighting, there is a 2" wide strip of transparent glass around the perimeter of the mirror, through which it is backlighted. This is a very nice effect. The bed was quite comfortable. The safe is larger that we are accustomed to. The description for our cabin was a partially obstructed view. We thought it was just fine. This has the first lifeboat closest to the bow of the ship right below room 4041. Therefore on the verandah, the view is blocked up to the railing. Above that it is clear. We had no complaints about that at all. Read Less

Good sized AFT Verandah Suite. We had plenty of room for our things. The shower was fantastic; the toilet was awkwardly placed. It would have been nice to have the TV turn to the couch. The Verandah was very large and could have used actual loungers instead of chairs. Only one foot rest was silly with such a large space. Read Less

This cabin provided an extra amount of space lengthwise (front to back). The covered veranda was a nice size. Even though the cain is directly under the lido pool, we did not hear a lot of noise from deck chairs being moved around. However since this was on a transatlantic and not a Caribbean cruise, this may not be true all the time. We do like being close to the Lido since we can get food and bring it down and eat on the veranda. Read Less

New modern but cramped with limited storage space. We had to put some furniture on the balcony so that we could walk around safely.

We originally booked an outside cabin, then a few weeks before our cruise, we received an email from the cruise line asking if we wanted to upgrade to a balcony for $125/person (total for 10 nights), so we took it. They offer complimentary shoeshine service. They had Elemis shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding; probably the best shower at sea. Out of all the cruise lines, they offer the best complimentary movies available to watch on your TV. As a matter of fact, they don’t charge you for any movies (like some cruise lines do). They offered a package for unlimited laundry and pressing that was $70 per cabin for the 10 nights, so we purchased that and loved it. The balcony did not have lights on it, so if you wanted to sit out there at night and read, this was not an option. Read Less
