High bathtub ledge ( hard to get out of) , Cramped balcony. Only table to eat on is outside. Not enough electrical outlets (2) Window cut in wall of bedroom so light passes through from TV and lamps. Quite roomy and comfortable. The only issues are that the bed is very hard, and the walk-in closet is so close to the bed it is tricky to get in and out.

We stayed in a CS suite with our teens (Because we wanted to keep an eye on them). It was so worth the money to stay in the CS suite, Huge balcony and loved eating at Luminae. It was a bit tight with 4 people in there, but the bedroom is separated out from the pullout couch and bed, so it still worked. Having the large balcony, the butler, and the dedicated dining made it very worth choosing the suite! Read Less

Beautiful room with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A couch and coffee table provide a lovely seating area. We were in a Sky Suite so it's about half as big again as an Aqua Class Balcony room. A pillow menu meant we could both have pillows to suit our bad back and necks without having to take our own. The extra space means you get lovely reclining chairs on the balcony and a bit more room if 2 of you want to sit out there. You had to be a rocket scientist to work the shower with all it's jets and functions and having a bath was lovely. The bathroom is still small but it was beautifully appointed. You also get a better quality of toiletries but as we only use Neals Yard Organic they were wasted on us. You never get enough hangers so I always take my own. However you can get extra if you request them. If you are a room service, like to be waited on kind of guest who doesn't like unpacking their own cases then having a Butler will suit you. We barely used him. He was lovely and really looked after us when he got the chance but we like to do our own thing and it wasn't a service that held any value for us. On Evening Chic nights you get reserved seating in the theatre and your Butler is on hand to bring you complimentary beverages and that is rather nice. Read Less

Suite was spacious, tasteful with vast storage space. Closets light up when opened. The bathroom was large and immaculate with anti-fog. Whirlpool bath worked great after second day; had to have tit repairs since black bits were floating in bath tub. The balcony was private and large, the bed comfortable and roomy. We could have any pillow we wanted so we were very comfortable. The butler service was also amazing without being intrusive. Read Less

Extreme high quality and service with the lone exception of problems with magnetic room cards.. replaced way too many times before lock mechanism on door was serviced.
