Aqua Class (A1) Cabin Reviews

Sail Date: May 2016
#1138 is an Aqua 1 cabin on the aft of the ship. A normal sized balcony cabin with an amazing view of the aft. This cabin is all about the VIEW - amazing and made this trip so special.

Nothing unusual. A lot of storage space and a nice balcony. A bit too cold to use the balcony.

Disappointed in Cruise : Cabin 9080
Sail Date: August 2015
Cabin was fine, a little small but not bad. My husband loved the shower. Also the staff who took care of us and cleaned the cabin were excellent.

Loved having a "true aft" cabin - only one of five on deck 11. The cabin was clean, modern and had a great attendant looking after us. The balcony was large - plenty of room for two reclining chairs, two footstools and a table. Had coffee outside in the morning and ordered cheese plates to enjoy outside each afternoon. Just a quick trip down the back stairs took us to the Sunset Bar on Deck 10 to get drinks to bring up to the balcony. Great place for sail away each day. No smell of smoke from the bar below - did not see anyone smoking all week. Best perk of the cabin is dining in Blu for breakfast and dinner. Read Less

A note about the balcony cabins on the 9th deck – there is an overhang from Deck 10 that impedes your view of the sky – which is why we ended up at the back of the ship so often. Bathroom was small but great shower, and plenty of space to store things. And we didn’t need to ask for extra hangers, there were plenty. Also the small couch was closest to the balcony door (it was reverse on the last cruise we took), which was a plus. Small but comfy and plenty of storage options. Read Less

We were in Aqua Class, Cabin 1117 on deck 11. We very much enjoyed the location of the deck 11 Aqua class cabins. There was absolutely no sewage smell at any time like previous posters have mentioned regarding the deck 9 Aqua class cabins. I would only choose Aqua class again if the price was right being not a whole lot more than a regular balcony. But I did love the larger roomy shower in our cabin being not so narrow. Loved the shower head. Loved the location of the deck 11 cabins. Great to have the door at the end of the ship where you could go down the steps so you could easily get to the Sunset bar and and watch the gorgeous sunsets off the back of the ship. Cabin was clean and well maintained by our cabin steward, Peter. My husband appreciates ice always kept for his use and Peter kept it full. Convenient also to Blu as it was just straight down below us and the buffet was just one deck below. Read Less
