Our cabin was one of the Sky Class cabins for the disabled and was very nice. Our butler, Sebastian was great and very kind and helpful and our housekeeper was very good. The bathroom was large, as was our balcony. This room was for three people but the pullout sofa was very old, lumpy and crooked. (The frame of the sofa bed comes down on the edge of the balcony door ramp.) The staff solved this problem on day two by providing a comfortable roll away bed. Perhaps when refurbishing the room, the sofa bed could be replaced with a single bed with cushions on the back for a couch. This would provide a comfy place to sleep and not have the sofa bed have to rest on the handicap door ramp. Read Less

Great cabin. Copious amounts of storage space. Significantly larger than the standard veranda rooms. The room is showing its age, but nothing broken. Slow drain in the tub. The closet frame will shimmy when the air conditioning is on, but a good push upward on the frame of the rightmost door fixes the issue. No noise from neighbors or from above and below. Bed faces the sliding glass door, which is FANTASTIC as it allows you to watch the world go by from your bed. Old interactive TV system on this ship, so don't get your hopes up. Read Less

To call this ample Sky Suite a "suite" is perhaps a bit of a misnomer, as it it a single large cabin, intended as a second, connecting bedroom to the Penthouse Suite 6147. The bathroom was quite large, with double sink and large shower, quite nicely done up, but there was a persistent, low-level feculent odor in both the bathroom and intermittently in the corridor, which some on-board friends told us characteristic of this ship design. The bathroom, along with the rest of the ship, is showing its age as it moves into comfortable dowdiness. Grout had fallen out of some shower tiles, and the shower door required quite a tug to get open. The veranda was quite large and comfortable, with two small recliners and ottomans (ottomen?), a dining-height table, and two dining chairs, perfect for having coffee first thing in the morning, delivered by our attentive and personable butler, Stojen. One drawback was the daily shower of white paint chips on the veranda floor, the result of some on-going maintenance, but our cabin steward vacuumed them off each day to clear space for the next day's chip delivery. This was a very minor issue which did not detract from our enjoyment of the ample space. One note: be sure to bring some two-prong European outlet adapters if you're American, Canadian, or Mexican.
