the room was nice, and I like the port hole rooms, because you get it for an inside price, but still get some natural light in the room. There was some morning noise when arriving in ports, but nothing I don't expect already, and does not last long. The seas were calm, so motion was not an issue. Only thing I did not like was the mattress on the single bed, springy like a trampoline. I slept on the sofa, but it was a bit to hard for me. No happy medium. Read Less

Small, but comfortable. My only complaint is that the room only has one socket and it's by the dresser. Whoever designed the boat obviously did not consider the passenger's comfort. We had 4 persons in 1 room and had to share 1 socket to charge our electronics. We requested an extension which we got but it was uncomfortable having to get up to use our electronics. Read Less

We had an insider cable on the 7th floor. After remembering the boat from out August trip it was good because I know which way to get to the dining rooms and without taking extra lifts to get there. It a box room, bed was a hard rock with the rough sea a couple night it was not fun sleeping. A hurricane was coming up the coast and at last minute blow out to sea, but the waves from it battle the hull and the boat was really rocking the first night into the next day. The higher you are up on the boat the more your felt it. Turing on channel 19 on the TV is way to know night and day. But if you not in the room it is fine. Read Less

We love the 1As with portholes. We were in 2211 this cruise and 2217 last cruise. The room seems spacious and the portholes provide light and some views. The downside is that you can't put the beds together.

Cabin was fine, it was just me so I had plenty of floor space, as well as counter and closet space. I had never been in a room on deck 1 or in the aft before. You CAN feel the thrusters vibration every morning going into port, it woke me up but it didn't last long so I went back to sleep. There is a safe and a fridge, as well as a stool and a chair. I didn't feel much movement except on sea day #2 of #3 right in a row we hit some rougher waters, and that could not be escaped anywhere on the ship. I would stay in this room again. Nice short walk to the elevator was also a plus! Read Less
