Awesome : Cabin 2263
Sail Date: November 2018
The cabins were a little smaller than I imagine and I could hear everything the neighbors said but it was still very nice and clean anytime I went it.

This room was as we expected. It had 1 twin bed, and 1 bunked twin bed. There was no window. The bathroom was extremely small, but that is how it is in all rooms. This room is next to the elevators, and it is next to a boiler room or something. We did not have noisy neighbors, but there was noisy people from the elevator and a consistent "water running" sound. Our floor manager's (not sure what his title was) name was Carlos, and he was amazing. He did everything to make us comfortable. However, we did end up complaining to guest services. The woman who took our complain at guest services was Dragana (can't remember her last name). She was extremely kind and patient with us. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we had an amazing time on our cruise. She ended up getting upgrading us to a room with a queen bed and a balcony. She is what really made this trip special. I am blown away by all of her effort and kindness. Read Less

I love this room. It had 2 porthole windows so I got to see the water in the mornings and the land in port days. For the price the room was great!

Cabin 2211 is located in the front of the ship, so we expected a little more noise and rocking. On the second day we had 5 ft seas, and our cabin turned into a war zone. About every minute or two we heard a loud echoing boom which sounded like a mortar attack. The noise was like loud thunder. This went on for over 36 hours. We ran into a couple more people on our end of the deck, and they had the same problem. It was loud enough to keep us awake. Also, when docking at a port the noise from the winches for the ropes is very loud. No sleeping in as you can't sleep through this. It actually vibrates the room enough to jar you awake, and lasted for probably 20-30 minutes. If you want a quiet room with no rocking, don't stay on deck 1 or 2 in the very front of the ship.
