We had a balcony cabin on the Upper Deck (6), and we spent a great deal of time on the balcony. Several of the mornings, we ordered early room service and enjoyed a small bite to eat while watching the morning come to life. The cabin was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage. The beds could not have been more comfortable. We slept like babies. Our only real complaint about the cabin was the lack of outlets. We brought an extension cord for my husband's CPAP machine, but with the cord stretched across the floor each evening, it could be a bit of a hazard if you needed to get up during the night. The location was great for us. Very easy access to the Casino, Scarlet Dining Room, and Burgundy Lounge for the Punchliner Comedy Shows. Our Cabin Steward, Rafael, was excellent. Read Less

We were happy to be close to the stairs and elevator. We had a choice of morning or evening steward service for our room and had the morning one so no rolling down the bedding for us at night. Must be something new? We did receive our towel animal when the bed was made in the A.M. and our newsletter in the mail slot each morning. Read Less

Our cabin was about in the middle of the boat. No problems what so ever. It was small, but very cozy, clean and comfortable. We loved it. Our steward/housekeeper was Pie and she was excellent. The balcony seemed rather dirty and was so hot we didn't use it very much. Tips from this site that helped us; we took a plug with extra sockets on it - you will need it in the room. Also, put suitcases under the bed. Enjoyed ourselves!! Read Less
